Just used this app It worked great simple and quick no number look up and no annoying menus to follow Works great

Fantastic the app provides visual menus instead of those annoying phone menus when calling customer service then with a click it connects you directly to the customer service you want Skips annoying customer service voice menus

Tried using it fails miserably Cannot enter the prompts correctly on IVR Does not work

Tried to download and use on my iPad Did not recognize MW for Merchant Warehouse and crashes upon initialization every time Crashes
