I paid for a yearly subscription thinking that I would eventually unlock more meditations but the app seems it hasn t been updated I enjoyed the guided meditations getting to track your heart rate mood but at this point I don t feel like I can progress from this anymore         Deeply disappointed jassyf0x
This is probably my favorite mindfulness app I was scared that a recent glitch ruined it but the developers addressed the issue right away I definitely prefer the male voice and thankful the app provided several options I wish there were more interactive lessons but I m sure that will happen over time The sound effects graphics and meditative content is very good Please keep it up and thank you for the fast turnaround time in fixing the glitch                     Yeah it s perfect again melgon29
I love this app The medications are good the voices soothing the progression and lessons helpful The only problem is that it uses too much storage space Fix that issue and it ll be 5 stars                 Great meditation app ras68
I ve read about mindfulness a few times and have been curious to actually try this type of meditation It is very relaxing and I like the positive acknowledgement of all the things that beginners like myself encounter One meditation mentions that my thoughts may have wandered and they had and calmly said this was okay Normally if I catch something like that I would actively work to clear my thoughts for these few minutes so it s quite a different experience to just acknowledge when it happens Maybe smile a little after I caught it And slowly let the thoughts go instead of trying to force them out I was also very pleased with a meditation where I was focused on breathing and trying to feel each breath without actively changing it I questioned what I was gaining again I am a beginner I acknowledge these thoughts happen and I move on until the words were uttered how do you know you are breathing What Of course I m breathing my inner voice says And then the level of awareness about my breath became what I assume to be exactly as my guide wanted And now I try to ask myself that question in other meditations or other situations like a yoga class where I focus on the breath I haven t gone through all the lessons yet I m taking my time and repeating the earlier ones until I feel ready for more challenges But I like it I look forward to what other improvements I will notice about myself in the future                     Great into to mindfulness practice Nmatt101
