I cannot stress just how important this app was to me these past few days Being able to access important websites made me feel at home and connected with my family Really like the speed of loading under wifi networks and Im feeling completely safe that nobody is tracking my every move on the internet                 Fast and secured

If my review feels like I think this is a mediocre service well thats not exactly true Heres the deal All of these VPN services Ive tried several including this one VPN UnlimitedKeepSolid are decent and go a long way to protecting yourself when youre on the road with a wireless device However I wish there was more fulldisclosure about how they all actually effect your existing realworld IO speeds All of them most definitely will slowdown your uploaddownload speeds think in terms of throttling Heres some perspective If youre on a 13Mbs connection then no using a VPN is not going to slow you down but if youre on a 20Mbs connection then make no mistake youre going to be slowed down to about 34Mbs Ive tried VPNs with both domestic and overseas servers and in terms of performance its all the same Ive looked at reviews in rags like MacLife PC Magazine etc and often come across statements like you dont have to put up with poor performance to get security but actually you do Thats the trade off The upside is in most airports train stations and anywhere there is open public wifi youre rarely going to get more than 5Mbs anyway and most of the time its really 3Mbs So in that context no youre not going to take a performance hit But if youre thinking of using fulltime including at home and youre home service is significantly faster than 35Mbs then you probably need to look for other ways to secure youre home network connections because you will loose lots of speed As for this App I think its great and I look forward to using it when Im on the road next           Somethings Always Better Than Nothing
