I consider myself a pretty good cook and at my age thought I had seen and understood most cooking terms Not What the heck is a Stephen Ceideburg Sorry but have never heard the term or ever saw the term in any cook book I have owned What is it and why is it listed in the ingredients of one of the recipies The other issue no nutrional breakdown of the recipies Have never tried a Weight Watchers program and the only thing I remember from their advertising is they have a point system of foods This program could be better if they at least would provide some nutrional information so that I know how much fat and calories I am getting in one serving The program seems to work okay no issues with that Simple and easy to use and understand Am not sure if u can send or print your shopping list but maybe am acting too snobby and expecting too much for 99 cents Unimpressed
