Whether you`re a cinematographer, photographer, or even a painter, chances are good that you use some type of viewfinder to help visualize your subject. Maybe you like a professional grade director`s viewfinder, or perhaps you`re ...
I absolutely love this app Very useful for cinematographers scouting Has practically every camera you could be using I do think the price is a bit high The only reason I see is that there is no other viewfinder App available that allows you to change lenses Great tool Exactly what I was looking for
Yes for 22 dollars it needs more but it gets the job done I used it for the first time and it really helped on my shoot Good but needs work
For 22 I expected way more This App is way more professional than the Panascout but it lacks the easy shortcuts and buttons that I expect on an iPhone 4 steps to change a focal length is not so convenient when you are actually scouting The fact that the shots are not native and that you have to go back and forth between this and the photo App is a big let down I hope that fixes will come soon Plenty of room for improvement
You wont know this until you spend the money but this is one of those apps thats apparently been scaled up from iPhone On the iPad you have to hit the 2x button to get a pixelated version blown up to fit And the shortest focal length you can see at least for the Canon C300 is about 24mm Its too expensive for five minutes of use Really not even a good value if it were free Not ready for iPad
It has some focussing struggles Would like to be able to export photos without the lens number overlays etc Overall kinda cool
Still no iPhone 5 support and no mention that it is not supported until after you buy No iPhone 5 support
