Seriously guys put in TouchID Cant be happy with a financial app that wont put in that security measure as a login option No TouchID

Its easy to use I like the portfolio analysis and cost basis Want vanguard to add dividend info also They currently dont have that Have to look through history Add Touch ID Handy on the go

Freezes at security question screen I enter answer hit Submitand nothing happens On a related note I dont like that Im answering another security question Freezes at login

Even if I use a password manager like 1password I cant copypaste the password into the app it refuses to accept any pasted password as input Cant paste password into app

I really enjoy the app and the information that it provides Logging in would be much easier with touch ID for those of us that use multicharacter alphanumeric passwords Good app

This app needs some Touch ID love Logging in is a real chore Touch ID would solve this and be more secure than a traditional password Make it so Touch ID Support

Works well as a basic app Wish it permitted all functions on each separate account Can only get functions based on website customized account page but no way to change account page from the app Good but has its limits

So supposedly this was the improved login flow Well they sure improved it by making sure I couldnt even login Stupid app wont accept my password I copy the password from 1Password paste it doesnt work Same password works on the website of course Then if i click the little show beside the password theres a space at the end of my password Trying to delete it removes the space and the last character of my password Then add back the last character and still cant login Some real solid QA policies they have here And Im supposed to trust them with my money Haha Login even worse now

I dont mind this app but Betterments design is much better and I need Touch ID support if Im going to use this with any sort of frequency Nice app needs Touch ID

This app does just about everything I can do on the website and the portfolio analysis is very indepth I dont really mind the lack of Touch ID I understand that its important to other people but this app doesnt deserve some of the low ratings its been given Great app

Since the latest update I am unable to log into my account using iPhone or iPad I delete the app reinstall and sign in and am into my account I log out and am no longer able to log in I hope this gets fixed quickly Useless since update

This version did reduce the amount of steps needed to log in as promised No more constantly prompting me if I want to enable a 15minute window for my session or if I want to remember the user neither of which the previous version ever did Now just lets me log in I dont cutpaste the password like many of the reviewers complaining about problems though Login improvements

Most annoyingly of all the app NEVER remembers my username even though I check the box every single time And now Ill get 2 emails that my settings have changed Touch ID is needed Sign in bug is annoying

This mobile app only works occasionally At logon it says to try logging on at vanguardcom Ive already had to delete app on iPhone and reinstall once Worked a couple of times but now getting the unable to logon message again Must I delete app again and reinstall Very frustrating Must have lots of bugs that need fixing I also agree with other reviewers that a Touch ID would be very convenient Bad App needs work to fix bugs

This is a mediocre app at best I use it when Im away from the computer to check changes but otherwise wouldnt consider using to make trades or anything of that sort Please Enable TouchID

I can no longer use iPhone or iPad app after upgrade since now cannot paste and would take me at least 5 mins to manually input so just use web browser now Please fix or at least add Touch ID which I thought capital one took forever to add and they even have now so please get on board with the rest of the finance industry App useless unless add Touch ID

Excellent app despite the lack of Touch ID Such a feature is certainly not needed immediately and I have no doubts that the developers of this fine app are working on it with all due vigor The minor inconvenience does not overshadow the typical flawlessness with which this app operates It does everything one might require of it and does not bog down any processes with superfluous features Very excited for the future of this app No Touch ID

The latest update was meant to improve login but instead it totally broke it It doesnt even appear to be sending the login information across to the servers it instantly says I have entered incorrect information I use a password storage app to copy my password so I know it is correct For now we will all have to login through the website Ps Please bring Touch ID support Login broken

57 broke the logon it would say incorrect password even though it was correct 58 fixes the bug Version 58 fixes the logon problem

After updating to the new Vanguard app my login know longer works Login still works through the through the web browser but not the app Old version of the application work fine It would be nice if the new app supported fingerprint touch ID support Login doesnt work
