Of the 40 times or so I have attempted to use this app it has only worked correctly twice And when it did it took about 5 minutes to execute the command Other times I either get a failed to connect to network error attempt to send command failed or command was successful but reported failure which I think is worse If I try to unlock or remotely start my car and it works but I think it didnt that is not good This is by far the worst app I have ever paid money for Glad it was only a buck Worthless
On average it takes 10 minutes to actually send a signal to my jeep I could see this being useful in a pinch Its not worth the service charge I installed an aftermarket smart start in my last car that had all the same features that this app provides which was 100x faster Uconnect has dropped the ball with this featureapp FUNCTIONS ARE USLESS UNLESS SPEEDED UP Works slowly
App works ok If the commands were sent to the car faster it would be awesome Right now it is too slow and its not even worth to pull out my phone and try to start the car Please fix and when my trial expires I will pay the subscription otherwise I will delete the app once the trial is over Also please make an app for the radio for spotifiy Works Ok

Very unreliable app does not meet the advanced system of the car electronics App frequently crashes or will not relay requests Interface is also very old cant event add a photo of your own Jeep Needs major improvement and feature enhancements such as ability to roll updown windows check if doors are locked door open etc Glitches
This is by far the worst product ever released for a vehicle 65K Ram 2500 with s radio system Id like to rip out and throw at Sergios head A great truck made a frustrating mess because of the 84 AN entertainment system Uconnect is an embarrassment for FCA but they keep putting it in vehicles and advertising it Junk

The previous version was awful but the new version seems to be working much better On wifi it now will lockunlock my vehicle within a few seconds instead of 1015 minutes or never like it was doing before Im still a bit concerned after reading a review where the person said that they tried to remote start their vehicle twice but it never worked Several hours later the first request went through and days later the second went through and started the vehicle This could be extremely dangerous is the vehicle was in a closed garage I find it hard to believe that a request doesnt time out after a set period of time Hopefully the developers fixed this problem Big improvement
Dont depend on this app It times out rarely works and its pretty much a waste On star for GM is so much more dependable Horrible

Really annoying when the request fails The default car is a green shaker challenger there should be some customization to get it at least close to what I actually drive Change wheels and color maybe 50 effective
I am use to onstar But everyone is coming around When I first downloaded a few months ago people said it didnt work Mine did but was kind of slow 90 seconds again use to onstar and taking 30 seconds Now this last update I can not start or anything Havent had the issue with starting days later unless it has been while I am asleep at night But has not worked at all Fix again
Ive had my new 2015 Ram 3500 for three weeks now I have only been able to remote start my vehicle using this app two 2 times The vehicle was in an open area not covered and I had 5 bars of 4G service I even tried to to start it while I was still eating my dinner to allow sufficient time 90 seconds is not a long time but 10 minutes later when I walk out to my truck and its still processing the request is unacceptable Ill probably continue trying to use it until I get so fed up with it that I uninstall the app At least it was free It Doesnt Work
I have not had a very good experience with the updated version of this program Last winter it work flawlessly and now it works maybe 20 When I question customer service they tell me I am out of range Well guess what I have not moved and my parking spot is the same distance from my office for the last 12 years I most likely will drop the service They should have left it alone
Not integrated with Touch ID on iPhone 6 Tried to test by turning on horn and lights and this failed Terrible
After Dodge did the upgrade on my radio the app never worked again When I called technical support they told me that engineering was working on it It still doesnt work I guess I shouldnt expect much considering ONStar knows how to do it right Why dont you just offer that service The app stinks
Its worth the free trial but not 15 a month to be able to lock and unlock my doors and beep my horn It will not start your truck unless you have that option on your key fob My cell phone will handle all the other options including gps voice commands via Bluetooth This concept is good but need a bit more bang for the buck Nice try Mopar
Functionality definitely limited though its amazing for instances when someone leaves keys in the car and the other set is elsewhere I had left one keyfob in the car and the other keyfob was with me at work I was able to remote unlock the doors for my wife while I was 30 miles away Great for use in a pinch
It worked when I got my new Jeep in July 07282015 two updates have came out However it still doesnt work I spent about three days back and forth with your support to fix the problem They never call back when they say there going to I have installed the new update in my jeep Each time they push a new update You have to delete and reinstall the app We shouldnt have to do that each time Not good
This is a pretty cool concept I have remote start on my key fob now but when Im out of range or getting ready in the morning its nice to have it on my phone so I dont have to fight trying to get the fob to respond The timing is only a couple minutes worth but when I was playing with all the buttons like a 5 year old I hit the hornalarm which is a nightmare to shut off since I cant with my key or starting the car I have to wait for it to respond on my phone and reprocess the request This is a legit app once the bugs are fixed and the request time is shortened substantially Thanks for the hard work Anxiously awaiting the next update
This apps works about 10 of the time No help from customer service at all My new 2500 Dodge Ram 2015 is in the open and where there is 4g service and still works only once in awhile Unreliable

This is a good idea to have an App to control some features on your car but It takes too long for the app to execute what you want and sometimes when you try to execute a function the whole app stops working Ive also had incidents where I get kicked out of the app and then have to wait a while to try and sign back in Very frustrating I have a year free on this but if I had to pay for it I would not be happy Good idea bad execution

This app is TERRIBLE I wanted to use this for remote start and not once have I been able to successfully remote start my car from inside the hospital I work in or even from my living room The app is either yellow or waiting to connect to via mobile apps or red which means user account error or network connection error The only time its green is when Im sitting in my car I absolutely will not be paying for this service once the promo is up in a year Total rubbish Doesnt work

If I could give the app a 10 stars it would not be low enough I do not have any streaming service so I can not use the app any longer to access any remote features on my Hellcat or 65000 truck No support from FCU no problem with them charging you for features that you can not access Support is non existent we will write a request to our engineers app used to work until they fixed it Stay away Totally useless may work if you subscribe to a streaming service otherwise it is trash FCU should pay subscribers 1495 per month to keep the non functioning app on their iPhone I am being polite wit this review Uconnect Noconnect

It seems this app only works when it wants too For some reason I feel it only connects to the mobile network about 35 of the time And that is how you get all your apps and everything And when it is connected I is very choppy service through the app Moody
I love the idea and would pay for it BUT it doesnt work I have a 2015 Ram 2500 Limited and an iPhone 6 I have only been able to remote start the truck once just to see if it worked But this was before the most recent update Ever since the update to prevent remote hacking nothing else works It takes about 5 minutes to give me an error message I have a Sprint cell phone and UConnect uses the sprint network so I know that when I use the mobile app I have full LTE coverage and full 3G bars in my truck Doesnt work
