The login screen is clean and pretty but I haven t seen anything past that because it freezes every time I enter the last character of my password I think using a shorter password would let me work around it but that s an unacceptable compromise if it can t handle long passwords it s simply garbage software     Freezes just entering password 4e62d7a2

After jumping around from freedom pop to big name Verizon to finally Ting ting is what has been the most outstanding FP was very unreliable calls dropping very unstable app terrible customer service Verizon is too big they boast the best coverage area which may be true but the additional fees and charges they charge is astronomical Verizon is a big corporation and that is very obvious after dealing with them for a short 2 weeks Ting was my 3rd choice and at first I was very skeptical after having been through the last 2 But glad I stuck it out The customer service is awesome You get a real person who is kind and pleasant and knows what they are doing The billing is simple and straight forward and fair Pay only for what you use I ve been with ting 4 months and I ve averaged 26 a month 28 with taxes The only downside is that they use sprints network Which in my area isn t the best But that s made up for by being surrounded by wifi almost everywhere I go So far the times I haven t had wifi sprint has worked I d like to see them be able to use Verizon s network because despite the marks against Verizon above and basing off of friends Verizon s coverage is superior to all But so far sprint has been adequate enough I really hope ting doesn t Change too much as they grow They re pretty great right now and provide exactly the service I was looking for I don t see my self having to switch to another company anytime soon                     Outstanding Goldfisman

I ve liked Ting s online dashboard and the ability it gives me to set a hard cap on things like my young daughter s smart phone data usage I read they had also created an app that basically reproduces the dashboard on my phone Downloaded it and it may be an even better implementation of what they are doing on their website Nice work Ting                     New Ting customers here blackbrit28607

This app does everything you would expect A good piece of software Others have complained about not being able to sign in with Amazon Log in Admittedly this feature hasn t moved over yet To avoid this issue does require clicking forgot password and generating a password for your email account on file But I think the 1 minute of inconvenience doesn t detract from the success of this app                     Ting the App AtomReviewer

I like Ting phone data service but I m unable to use the app because there isn t an Amazon login option which is what I use to login to my account at there website The app login page picture shows an Amazon login button but the actual login screen doesn t have one as of now     No Amazon login Splinter Dad

I m a big fan of Ting I ve been with them for half a year now I wanted to get the app to keep up with my bill but I ve found that there is no place for me to login with my Amazon account Is this a bug             Amazon Login Mike the Sleepy

Really like this app Not only do they have personalized features to alert you when you re about to go over minutes texts or megabytes you can also have it automatically shut off service of any of those three things once you hit the allowance that you ve set making it impossible to get charged more than you expect Ting did everything they could think of to eliminate ambiguity from their service I ve recommend you guys to anyone who brings up cellphone service in conversation Thanks for doing what you do                     Why did I not know this app existed RoboBonobo
