This app has worked just fine for me so far I like the ease of adding new expenses however untracked trips are a bit more cumbersome since you have to know your mileage or enter it online I havent used this long enough for my accountant to give me feedback on how well it worked for tax purposes so I gave it 4 stars as thats the most important part and I dont know              Good so far

I bought this service and it has never functioned correctly The staff tell me to restart my phone as the correction but theyve never worked out their bugs Extremely frustrating     Mileage Tracker

Best tracking system ever I gladly pay the monthly subscription fee because it has saved me THOUSANDS each year Ive been using this app for a few years now and sure there have been tech issues from time to time but overall this app has been a life saver Its helped me gain control over my taxes expenses I love it flaws all keep up the good work                 Love Taxbot Has saved me

I have had this app for about two weeks now He worked fine for the first couple of days It wont no longer automatically track my mileage When I do manual tracking about half the time it will crash and I will lose the mileage the quarter does that point On the plus side once the information is recorded and saved it is easy to retrieve This app has proved to be so unreliable that I am considering simply canceling my subscription to Taxbot at the end of my trial period     Unreliable

Taxbot was right on time I use this app daily its not only helped me keep track of my expenses but my appointment history I love the fact that it store my data and that I have the ability to access my info at anytime Do they need to improve some things yes but show me an app thats not in need of anything So for me This is the best app created by the best tax man in the business Its not only helpful its trustworthy and to me that makes it worth every bit of money and time to use Which is little to noneand I truly hope you enjoy it              A great help

The last update does not allow me to track my trips manually Since I do not ever turn on GPS this makes the app somewhat irrelevant now Nice work guys           Was a 5 star until the last update

The app is currently not working correctly after its last 2 updates I have been using it for a year and its usability is worse than its ever been Now instead of showing the address of the starting and ending destinations it gives me the latitude and longitude instead Redrawing the maps and correcting the addresses takes FOREVER The auto trip tracker will sometimes quit in the middle of a trip losing all the information about the mileage And of course you wont know thats happened until you arrive at your destination And you cant add in the mileage manually It is extremely unpredictable that it will actually track your miles for the entire trip The lack of manual entry on the iPhone is also problematic Although I do like the automatic trip tracker if it doesnt work consistently whats the use of having it And sometimes I just want to enter a trip manually But the app wont let me do that At 999 a month this app needs to be perfect Unfortunately the Dev doesnt seem to give a rip about his customers     Dev fixed this app but its not fixed

I paid for this app and I like the idea of it I like the idea of it automatically logging my trips However it appears to get tired of doing that and for no apparent reason will fail to track trips This undependability means it will not help me at tax time and therefore I cannot recommend it        Good idea poor execution

These app absolutely incredible Manage all you business expensive with out losing track Take a picture of your receipt from a business meal all the way to a laundry wash and more track every business trip with the GPS You will end up paying 020 cents a gallon if you do the math Absolutely fantastic product every entrepreneur and business owners should have this app                 The best app to Track all your business expensive

This a great app but it crashes every time I to attach an expense PLEASE FIX              Fix this crash

I like the app but there are still some glitches It doesnt always pickup the rides when its on automatic mileage the addresses sometimes shows latitude and longitude and it ends a trip if you stop at a light              Pretty good app

I really want to LOVE this App I have an Apple iphone and as soon as I click to classify business and which vehicle I hit save and it immediately closes not saving any info Also lately its been just keeping latitude and longitude instead of the addresses Its very frustrating and I sure hope it can be fixed soon     Glitches and disappointments

We loved Taxbot 100 till this update Please restore the old way of tracking milage with BOTH gps AND manual entry Ill give 5 stars when it gets fixed     Mileage tracking stinks now

I use it for a lot more than this function but this is a real killer bug Not just on my phone either After two hours the app wont open back to the active trip but goes to home screen quietly forgetting that it was tracking Miles lost        Crashing while tracking trips

Yesterday I wouldve rated this at four or five stars I have referred 8 to 10 people to it It was perfect for my needs The recent update removed the ability to manually enter miles on your phone As a real estate agent I drive to multiple addresses for hours at a time I need the ability to enter manual mileage I cannot sacrifice the battery life to use the auto tracker When I called to ask about the future reduction they told me that now I have to enter me know mileage on the computer This takes away half of the effectiveness of the app If it is not fixed soon I will have to look for another solution        DO NOT UPDATE Features Removed

I loaded 3 bank accounts When I Look at transactions they are all listed together You cant select which account to view and there is no indication on the transaction which account it comes from I tried to chat with their online representative Forget it SheHe keep me waiting and waiting Click Banking the rep said More waiting And waiting After15 minutes I gave up and ended chat The online help is worthless     Customer Support chat

This app is beyond great Its userfriendly you can manage multiple businesses and it itemizes literally every transaction that you enter into it with multiple categories to choose from I use it as often as I possibly can It has added value to my life generates amazing summaries for year end calculations Simply put its pretty awesome                 Greatest Tax software created for IBOs

Was a great app but this latest update is crap on personal trips     Big oops

Great concept for expenses and trip tracking but the app itself doesnt work properly Too many problems it freezes and closes misses info when saving expenses and trips and you have to go back and make sure all the info was saved etc If the bugs and glitches are taken care of then we have a great app        Great app with too many bugs and glitches

been using this apppaid version for 2yrs and its absolutely the best tax app period Full membership allows you to call a professional and actually ask them a tax question which is incredible There are only 2 reasons this app doesnt get 5stars 1 the last update was March 2014 2 It doesnt allow you to carry expenses over month to month I have to type the same expense same dollar amount same vendor over and over again every month Its still worth the minor annoyance              BEST TAX APP PERIOD

I love this program the iphone app is cool but would be better if you had a ipad app or at least make the screen horizontal rotate like all other apps do when you rotate your ipad so i can type on the bigger keyboard not the vertical long ways smaller keyboard I have been patiently waiting for this to come out for the ipad right now you have to log in on safari remember user name and password I dont want that just add rotation for ipad and i will give 5 stars        Add ipad rotation

I love the trip tracking feature but it often doesnt start tracking until a block or two from where I am I do a lot of in home meetings so this but adds up and makes it hard for me to name exact meeting when I go back in           Not sensitive enough

If your self employed this App will save you money on taxes There are some features I wish they had thats why they got 4 stars out of 5              Useful App

The latest update does not allow trips to be saved as personal As soon as personal is selected the classification is switched to business and requiring all the mandatory information for a business classified trip Prior version I had been successfully making use of the app and loving it recommending it However I also noticed that the tracking would crash mid trip when annually started and lose the data Now the automated tracking feature is here and sometimes it automatically turns on and tracks and other times it does not No rhyme or reason You need to kill the app in order to trigger it to resume automatic tracking If these bugs get sorted out I will right back to loving the app        Love the app when its working

Love the app and everything its done for my business BUT lately it has been kicking me out every single time I try to refresh it and wiping out my deductions list in the process Frustrating to the point where I had to stop using it altogether I run into an error on every turn     Kicked out every time

I disagree with a lot of the other reviews Not ready for prime time Basic function of entering starting mileage and ending mileage does not work plus other bugs Support response was just write down your mileage and enter the total when you finish your trip And Im going to pay 10 a month for that kind of advice Dont think so        Has potential

If your are a home based business owner youll most definitively want to get this Any business owner honestly track miles and payments all in ONE PLACE Take pictures of your receipts instead of keeping them in the shoe box Thats a no brainer check this app out                 Fantastically convenient

Current version will not allow you to add mileage So I drove 500 miles in the last few days but because the trip tracking is SO morbid I never use it I also dont list the 15 stops I make along the way If you drive for uber lyft sidecar ups fedex a drug rep etc be prepared to list every single address twice at stop of this trip and start of the next one and treat every time to get into your car as a new trip This is inexcusable I might as well just write it all down on paper and save the monthly fees for what should be a 3 and done app Previous version notes For what it is this app should be 299 to buy and free to use Pick it up guys Trip tracking is morbid Like totally pointless Only value is in putting in the total miles And if you hit round trip it doubles the mileage input But if you start with 0 miles and hit rt then add miles it doesnt affect miles Please add a notes section to each trip and allow to attach pictures to each trip for things like before after pics or how the package was secured looked like was damaged etc Also please total the attached expenses on the trip page Also it would be nice if there was a place to put gross net income from a job Thanks     DO NOT UPDATE
