I ve tested about 10 times and only 2 of them updates the history for comparison But it works very fast Works fast but doesn t update history very well JoelGhome

The tool works very well It is easy to use After download you push the button to test It tests the upload download and pings It keeps a history of the tests as well It works as advertised There are advertisements in the app but that s expected with free apps Great tool and easy to use jsbrown627

As a IT professional I actually downloaded this as a back up to compare to the popular Speedtest net but it quickly has became my go to and fave speed test app due to its extreme quickness minimal ads and very accurate results I can run 3 4 test in the time it normally took me to run one on other apps I m love it Impressive jayjo202

I notice that most poor reviews on this app were posted 1 4 years ago I ve been using this app for the past six months My download speed with Charter Spectrum through my Netgear wi fi router varies anywhere from 60 90 mbps I m totally satisfied with this app Very good results Watermaker

This is a great app for measuring your wifi speed With data from this app I am able to determine that Charter Communications does not deliver 60MBPS minimum as they advertise I know what download speeds are before I frustrate myself by trying to stream Netflix If only the cable company used this app to determine their infrastructure is inadequate to deliver advertised speeds Cutting the cards on your cable company

Three reasons for the low rating there are lots of speed testing apps and this latest update doesnt set it apart the app has difficulty determining my location the only new feature in the update is a popup that asks you to rate it five stars not to just rate it like many apps do but it asks you to rate it five stars Its not the companies place to tell me how to rate their app Location

It is able to pick a server that is within 50 miles or less However it is only able to test against a few servers which seem to max out at 10 in this area My cheap cable connection is more than 5x that speed Ping time is close to accurate My upload speed is capped at 6 and it gets that fairly decently too Needs work
