This app is like Windows 8 You just find yourself thinking holy crap what I want to do is so simple why is the interface so confusing You navigate the app through a series of down arrows side arrows menu items ie the hamburger icon etc Ive yet to see any consistency Its like living in a house where you dont know what the light switches do You just click until you get what you want Im sure in some product managers head it is all pure genius But in reality it is highly annoying and limiting Clean up the app Sonos Sonos is great the app stinks though
Wow Im thoroughly impressed Super easy and intuitive I can control my speaker from any of the devices on my home network switching between them effortlessly And for a smallish speaker it sounds amazing Love Sonos

I have to set up my second speaker every time I want to use it even when it is left plugged in on the same network Not impressed with it so far Constantly wipes out my playlists not user friendly
I have to have my Sonos app It makes it impossible for me to turn to Apple Music as this app blows away what Apple is doing So I keep my Beats subscription keep going Sonos Gets better and better

I love SONOS but it looses connectivity many times during the day When this happens the speaker goes silent It reconnects most of the time but it may take a minute or two I have also had to restart my Ipad or Iphone in order to have it connect the first time Otherwise really like this entertainment system lost connectivity

Ive been using Sonos in my home for 3 years now My first purchase was a bridge and a play 5 I was truly amazed at the ease of set up and the quality of sound it puts out What an amazing product Since then Ive added a play 3 and another play 5 Again the set up was easy and truly amazing sound quality Easy to operate from my iPhone iPad and desk top computer I highly recommend investing in this system My next purchase will be the sound bar for the tv Since purchasing these products Ive run into a few friends who happen to have Sonos in there homes and they all say the same things truly amazing HiFi stereo sound and amazingly easy to use I cant say enough about this system Can you tell Im a huge fan I highly recommend trying these out Of course it helps that Im a huge music listener Enjoy I am Amazing products

Been a Sonos user for five years now after wiring house for sound during a remodel Cannot say how much I enjoy this system Cannot imagine living in a home without the ease of access sound quality and pure pleasure of having music on all the time that Sonos provides Never had an issue with the app for iPad iPhone or Droid You get out what you put in in terms of quality wireless router signal boosters and speakers Love it

I love the quality of my Play 1 Sonos speaker with the exception of when my iPhone app has a hard time locating the speaker I like how my computer and phone keep track of all the songs I add to the queue And Sonos does a better job of shuffling songs and playing what would naturally come next than iTunes does Update To fix the connection just invest in a better wireless router for your home that separates devices that run on 24Ghz and 50Ghz I put my heavier devices ie Phone PS4 Mac on the 5Ghz and kept Sonos on 24Ghz and I literally have ZERO problems Just bout the Playbar Im a customer for life Love it Screw cheaper Bluetooth systems Love it DJs better than iTunes

I love my new Sonos speaker and I have used it at other peoples homes as well The sound is amazing but the app is awful It freezes and crashes all the time and randomly pauses my music for no reason and sometimes switches to a different playlist randomly Great speakers app needs help
