App hasn t been updated in quite awhile I m worried I will get used to this app and iOS 11 will make it incompatible Great app otherwise                     Is developer still updating Bloff

Running on ipad pro 9 7 with iOS 10 3 Saved 2 Different lineups for my u8 team Some games are 4 rotations and some are 8 so I need to be prepared I usually work on lineups the day before our games I just happened to create a fake game just to test my lineups and couldn t figure out why my kids play times were so far off after I just went though them And I could not figure out why the lineups all changed from how i set my god players to forward and Mids now they are on the bench and in defense etc After 2 hours of constantly thinking I m screwing up I took screenshot of every screen before saving Sure enough I was right and the software soccerdad is just randomly doubt what it wants I took my screenshots and printed them out 15 minutes before game I open soccerdad and it s all changed again Seriously I then have to take my printed out screenshots and adjust soccerdad once again I have sent numerous emails to get help and also sent messages to his YouTube account as well Absolutely NO RESPONSE Don t waste your money like I did for a unsupported app     NO Support Lineups change randomly after saving FreqZ411

It takes some getting used to and doesn t sync well to other devices but once you re used to it it s a great tool You can sync with TeamSnap which makes it easy to import your roster and events then sync your game scores back up The backup sync issue was with saving to Dropbox then opening on another device I didn t find it very intuitive and I am a developer I overwrite newer versions with ease which was frustrating Luckily I used test files and took the time to figure it out before my season Once I got it running I haven t looked back It s easy to set up your formation then move subs in and out It tracks time played It allows you to track stats as well and offers game and season reports I highly recommend taking the time to get to know the app then using it in conjunction with TeamSnap to manage your games                 Great In Game Mgmt Tool EdMan

I looked at a few different apps to help with team management and game time player management Great visual for the players to see where they will be playing and with who I have used for about 2 years now and recommend it to other coaches all the time                 Great App Upforthed

Fun but not intuitive to use There is a glitch when the play timers go in that the timer for the right defender in a 3 2 formation never starts When we change rotation schedule in settings it does not get reflected when forming game plans         Great App with small glitches gotexaslonghorns

Very challenging impossible to edit any of the player or family contact info Also fails to have logical back return functions to go back to prior screen after accessing contact info fields I couldn t bring myself to waste more time test drive any of the promoted features     Not at all user friendly WilliamHTaft

I have been using this app for several years now and it works very well It s easy to use and set up and I like that you can email your team through the app setting up practices scrimmages and games There is a glitch in the email that is annoying but it isn t a deal breaker The app will track all of the stats and playing time I especially like the playing time tracker for my Rec teams                 Works great and easy to use CombatMarineG24

I have been using this app for several years It is the best app for coaches to manage track and organize soccer teams and three players The app had suffered tremendously with buggy updates causing endless crashes and unusual corruption of data I use an iPhone 6 plus It s disappointing to see this app stop working as I have come to rely on it as a great tool I only hope an update to fix these issues is coming soon                 GREAT APP buggy updates mLION

This app is great for the dad or mom coaching the kids Easy to set up lineup and tallies the playing times to keep the other parents at bay Hard to talley stats and coach at same time but gets easier with practice ideal if you have an Asst to help No major glitches found Could use a box score for games showing quarter by quarter scoring Keeps nice stats automatically as long as you enter them as you go Allows you to forward the clock if you need to move to next period Had problem with seeing display outside and iPad hibernating during game both issues have been solved Nice head count to help rid you of the no shows Test drove several apps and this worked best                     Good App Coach Rgb

I have used this app for a couple years now and it s been great I ve used it with younger age groups to keep player times and it s also great for the older kids to keep stats We ve used it every game and the kids as well as the parents can t wait for me to send the reports out on Mondays                     Must have for rec soccer and more Parrett

I have played soccer and coached for over 5 years Love this app since it really helps keep track of players and what they are doing well and what they need to do Also helps huge with player rotations during games I like that you can send out text or emails to players parents as a group I can keep going on Highly recommended                     Great app helps so much with games Pratipn

I used this for the spring season with virtually no issues The current fall season that is not the case and this could be the result of the most recent iOS update When setting up a match it will not accept the logo team name or color sometimes all sometimes just one as I receive an error message the a playing against must be selected The app will then crash Similar problems when trying to add an existing calendar event Also I have not figured out how to add a stat such as a missed assist on a goal to a players stat line and or game log after the match is complete         Needs an update J_Atwell

I have used this app since day 1 It was great in the beginning and everything worked Tech support was good and responsive NOW don t bother emailing tech support you won t get a reply Also the scheduling area replicates another team prior configuration like game times play configuration and number of players So scheduling is still messed up making this app now virtually useless Downloaded a few other apps I ll let those who want to know an alternative to this app         Downhill SoccerCoachFun

I have been using the app now since March 2014 to manage three teams This does a brilliant job at it As the needs I have grow the app has fulfilled those needs You can track all stats and times for individual players and generate reports to send out This has come in very valuable as I have parents at times that question playing time for a season game or tournament I have contacted the developer a few times and he usually gets back to me within a few days I have a couple of learning curve issues and a bug I am working with and have reached out to the developer In November he put out an update saying scheduling problems were fixed I am still seeing those problems and when I enter a new game and select a calendar event to base it on the app stays on the event selection screen until I can cancel the game The other problem I am seeing is with stats It looks like a team is tied to an individual season where as I would think games would be tied to a team and season I kept the same roster and team from fall to spring but I cannot filter on just the spring season as a whole without seeing the fall stats too Both these issues I am reaching out to the developer on All in all though I am not sure why more of my peers don t know about this app It is an incredible tool for planning lineups tracking stats and managing multiple teams                 Great app some things to figure out jspruance

As a coach I am always trying to differentiate by providing objective and meaningful feedback to our players This tool has made countless notebooks forms tracking sheets totally obsolete In addition one no longer has to manually update or maintain season stats I can t recommend this app enough                     Simply exceptional flounderxl

Really great app I ve been using it the last several years while coaching our son s rec soccer team and it has been handy Maybe a little pricey for an app but really worth it It handles just about everything I want and makes tracking playing time positions stats etc all a breeze                     Awesome J.A.B.A.G.

This is a wonderful app that has really helped me come to games prepared with my game plan The only thing that I think it is missing is the ability to save your database in the cloud so you can use the same database across multiple devices without having to upload and download from dropbox that s a little bit of a nuisance                 Great app Almost perfect Needs a cloud based database option bigdeezie75

Just what the title says not a bad app but really annoyed I just spent 5 I can t see myself actually using game time Navigation is a mess Weird little things like the new lineup icon is the Apple share icon Bottom line 99 would be a fair price for this app         Ok but not worth 5 A U12 Coach

I ve coached rec competitive soccer for 6 years I ve tried several team mgmt apps Soccer Dad is by FAR the best one available Worth every cent I spent on it I can sub on the fly plan out positions game plans and customize everything I might want to use in a game I can use the whiteboard during practices to diagram and explain it s a perfect soccer app both for rec play and competitive I HIGHLY recommend it for anyone using an iPad to track games and stats I can pull up season stats by game Ayer team etc After trying several other apps that didn t really do everything I wanted I have found the one I m sticking with for life Thank you Soccer Dad                     Best team mgmt app I ve found Burningheart00

I have been coaching for several years at many levels and this app has satisfied most of my needs The ease of keeping stats is great during the game The ability to manage playing time is really good The only areas that I have seen where improvements really need to be made are in setting up your subs during the game and modifying the formation The substitutions can be queued up awaiting stoppage in play then executed on a different app This one requires you to do it as they are going in That can be difficult at times while trying to coach make changes in the app and talk to players going in or coming out The formation won t allow me to do three forwards three midfielders three defenders a sweeper and keeper The limit is four lines making me put the sweeper in line with the other defenders All in all I am happy with the app The ease of viewing quick input options during the game and the reporting are very nice                 Mostly great Raptors Rule

Great app Is there a way to input rosters for opposing teams I need to report player stats for both teams to the newspaper after the game Currently I can record all my players stats but I can only record team stats for the opposing team                 One request Coach1983

I was really enjoying this app until the most recent update Now after creating a lineup for an entire game it gives me the wrong report for Planned Coverage I use printed reports during matches so I don t look like I m staring at my iPhone screen all game And now I can t print a coverage report because it loads another type of report erroneously Please fix             Ugh Reports are wrong since update ZippyCoach

Rotations were based on paper based on line ups I did at home for the next game As soon as one player was missing that paper rotation schedule was useless during a game Now thanks to Soccer Dad I can actually concentrate on the game and the players as Soccer Dad takes care for me about all the rotations and statistics Absolute MUST HAVE app for any coach in recreational soccer                     Absolute awesome app IKBM
