I tried to log into my current account and it said something like I was trying to take someone elses So I decided if it wont let me sign in with it that Id make another one but no where on the app can you create a account Someone really needs to fix this app App malfunction

Not sure if this is from these guys or the other Skype so I downloaded Downloaded and could never log on Changed my password and still could not log on At that point started feeling like I might have downloaded some phishing software and was rightstarted getting spam texts the next morning AVOID Spam texts

The description CLEARLY SAYS THAT THIS CONNECTS YOU TO CERTAIN HOTSPOTS AT A SMALL FEE FFS I dont even need this but the reviews are full of people who dont know how to read Let me spell it out THIS IS NOT A FIX FOR THE REGULAR SKYPE APP Sometimes when youre various places you dont have any free wifi Many hotels for instance make you pay a day long fee to even so much as be on for a minute to check your email So this allows you to connect to a hotspot that charges a smaller fee per how long youre on as opposed to a heavy fee for a full day of nothing IT ISNT FOR IF YOURE ALREADY CONNECTED IT ISNT A FIX IT ISNT ANYTHING LIKE THAT ITS EXACTLY AS IT SAYS LEARN TO READ OMG PEOPLE ITS NOT THAT HARD

I love this app my best friend and me live apart Skype is the reason why I wake up in the morning amazing quality awesome search area great everything I know Im only ten so I cant write a proper report but whatever Skype is awesome Love it

I think skype is an amazing app the only problem I have is it kicks me out of a call or makes the calls lag or it also kicks out me of the application but if you solved these problems I would give it 5 stars I love this app

Wifi what about the original Skype for some reason I tried to search of the original one and its on on the App Store I even went on the website and Skype gave me a text to link me to the original Skype they dont have one i think WIFI

Installed the app watched the install timer go around the circle it appeared to have finished installing and the OPEN button appeared but when I click on it NOTHING HAPPENS The app does not show up on my desktop anywhere but found it on my SettingsUsage list deleted it and started over installed click on open NOTHING HAPPENS find it in my settingusage list and delete Rinse and repeat I am suspicious of all positive reviews here theyre probably fake Meanwhile I see others having same problems I had Note I have never ever had a problem with any app Ive installed until now WHAT EXACTLY IS THIS APP SUPPOSED TO DO AND HOW DOES ONE GET IT TO DO IT Its total crap Waste of Time

The problem i found with the service was there was none While on vacation in California no wifi service or carrier was ever available for me to choose from Also I spoke with Skype support and was informed that this is a Third Party app Dont that beat all They are very deceiving When I tried to have conversation with them on Twitter they completely blew me off I believe its because they know they have a horrible product But I did one ever better I got connected using Xfinity Wifi and was very satisfied Should be named LiFi

Both skype apps ask me to log in and refuse to accept my username password I reset until they locked me out entirely When signing up for skype I chose log in using facebook Huge mistake apparently I can log in online by clicking that log in using fb icon Even being locked out of manual entry All other ways I am locked out The apps dont even have the log in with facebook option Totally ridiculous Trying to get any human support to fix it has consumed the last 8 hours of my life Zero understanding of the problem they just want to send me password resets Amazing that this is the go to app and as old as it is it has this many totally basic fails Microsoft seldom misses an opportunity to botch whatever it touches Ridiculous

Acted as a tether device on its own in the background using up my mobile data allowance So much so that ATT threatened to make me buy a newer data plan for more Luckily the guys at the ATT store found the culprit and I deleted this app Application deceiving downloaded beware

I tried this service during my trip to TN our stop over in NC airport has a free wifi I opened this wifi service and gave me an impression that I can connect to the same service with a per minute fee why should I pay if I can have it free Then we landed in TN and I tried to connect skype wifi I got this error message that I need to connect my skype first before I can use this so called skype wifi DUHH misleading

I needed wifi at Chicago airport I opened the app it had logged me out for some reason I tried to log in using my Microsoft account as I usually do but I got an error that there is no internet connection Nuf said Pretty useless in my experience

I call my sister in the Philippines every now and then Skype minutes are better and way cheaper than using calling cards for international calls I can hear her voice loud and very clear Im so glad I found you Thank you Skype Im a fan So beyond awesome

This app is great especially in my situation I dont have a phone but I have an iPod However I have Skype credit so that I can make a call when I need to except I cant do it without Internet Thats where Skype wifi comes in I can connect to the hotspot and call on Skype if theres an emergency Great Concept
