This app was not user friendly when it did work but now Redtail hasn t bothered to update it Wish our office used a more user friendly CRM     Not worth the price of admission ParBen

The app simply doesn t work I can t scroll through calendar and contacts screens I can t view appointments past 9 00 am and have to search contacts by full name rather than first letter We chose Redtail CRM because it s compatible with iCal The full version runs like clockwork I m disappointed that the app is so far behind     Broken App Pasadena2020

Well this is a good start But it s basically a phone book calendar I already have this because I sync outlook with redtail sync my iPad with outlook A few basic things this app needs to get a 3 star rating 1 you need landscape functionality I put my iPad in a case that sits horizontally with a keyboard Which means that if I turn the iPad vertical the keyboard is vertical as well every app has landscape functionality catch up 2 the return button should be a submit button when it is appropriate It s incredibly annoying 3 it needs need the option to login with a PIN rather than using username pw This is standard in similar financial apps 4 More access to MUCH more information Client accounts documents integrate redtail imaging some reports would be great integrate Albridge and I ll give you 4 stars 5 I honestly can t believe you wrote a program for a platform like the iPad or iPhone and I can t add a client photo with it I can vie the photo but can t add a photo I feel like this was written by programmers that have only used the ipad emulator in Xcode I suggest you get an iPad and check out your competition and then make a serious effort to catch up that doesnt mean start charging 10 month again This app would have been great in 2002 In 2012 I feel generous with 2 stars But the functions included do work they are just archaic     Good start mattar12

I ve used the app for two years because I don t have a choice given its the only phone app the desktop CRM is compatible with This app is very difficult to use and hangs up frequently Since the last IOS update to 9 02 it is virtually useless and RedTail technical support is just as worthless     Horrible app RLHnTX

First I wish they had fingerprint login More importantly I just added activities which aren t showing up on the desktop application I wish Redtail invested more on their online app like some of the competition to make this more robust and useful as a productivity tool especially for those traveling and on the road and rely on apps on their mobile devices         Frustrating App attorneydan

This mobile app would be great if it worked with the latest version of the CRM known as project Tailwag When we had calendar issues with it today and I called mobile support I was told that the mobile app is incompatible with the new CRM and that these errors should be expected We were not told of these incompatibilities before we switched to project Tailwag Had we been told we would have chosen a different course of action since most of our advisers are using and dependent on a mobile version of the application         Not compatible with Project Tailwag Dr1060

This app is way behind the times It rarely is updated with anything other than bug fixes It is cumbersome to use and barely useful It s a disappointment Logging in is a pain can we have a code No alerts or push notifications if you re not able in 3 years to develop a better app Could you just find a way to sync directly with the iPhone calendar app rather than forcing us to use your proprietary product that is barely useful The iCal feed is buggy and only one way And the exchange sync app on my desktop is annoying in that my computer must be on and running for my iPad and iPhone calendars to stay up to date I ve been really disappointed with redtail as a whole in the past few years Their level of ingenuity has been lacking I m hoping the new adaptive website being promised to roll out in fall 2014 is a solution and is a major leap forward in abilities and features and ease of use Because they are due for improvements on the mobile access arena     Behind the times Google feed

I recently added Redtail to my practice because SF has too many features that need customization I like the simplicity of Redtail and ease of use This Redtail app has yet to integrate some key functions or update it to work with iOS 8 I would like to see the ability to move an appointment without having to edit When editing an appointment the time and date functions require you to close the app and edit via a phone browser which makes the app useless I would also like to see some integration with social media and adding existing clients from my contacts With some adjustments this app could be a 4 or 5 star         Needs to be updated jwhitsell07

As a long time Redtail user this is the app I ve been waiting for Works great and has all the functions I need This will eliminate the need for me to do any synchronizations or to call my office from the road just to check a date or get a phone number                     Works great Sagevestadvisors
