I use it everyday for my calendar I view edit and add activities I use it to find client info and occasionally add notes Does a great job for what I need                     Works for me Rtadvisor

Was finding the feature incredibly useful for viewing and managing my schedule while mobile Then it just went away and the app is much less useable now Oh and still need to add weekly view to mobile schedule on app Otherwise this version is better than previous RT apps         What happened to fingerprint login Frmrrz

I use redtail CRM at work and used the previous app on my phone The new app does not work They need to go back to the drawing board or bring back the old app     App is non functional MKBMC

Redtail needs to come out with the update for the standard non Tailwag version for their now non functioning app     Not the update for the standard Redtail Former Redtail User

I finally figured out why my I phone 6 was almost non functioning All I did was delete this app I rely on this app to get my job done but 1 it really messed up my phone and 2 the app is so basic it s almost not worth it This company should get serious Maybe they are waiting for someone with to acquire them so that can make some real improvements     Awful dellifrance

Tail wag 2 0 is 2 days old but it s apparent that Redtail has dedicated resources and energy to improving the phone based app I concurred with most of the reviews prior to this update It was bad First improvement the app is more stable as it has not yet crashed on me today 2nd the calendar function is more intuitive can see details can tap linked contacts and addresses to call or connect to your phone or phone s map gps Keep going Redtail I give you 2 stars so not to rest on your laurels Need to see tasks Need to see blocked calendar entries of other advisors at my firm other than just my own otherwise I have to look at a web browser on my phone not ideal         Getting Better ORF Mac

The new design appears to have a better layout and is hopefully going to navigate faster However where are the security options to use a pin or fingerprint for sign in It appears as though you need to sign in and out with every use which is totally impractical The other option is to leave the app signed in which lacks the security needed for this type of information This needs to be addressed for the app to add any value On another topic it s also very cumbersome to open to the today screen and NOT be able to toggle to tomorrow To have to go to menu then calendar then choose a day and then toggle is far too many steps Please just add toggle to previous next day to the first screen when opening to today page These small changes would move this from a mediocre app to a great tool         Where is Fingerprint login Need security options

This app is the worst I can never log in once I log out Every now and then the finger print log in works When I am able to get in it constantly freezes on me and automatically closes For a tech company this is an embarrassment     It s a JOKE dgirardjr

This version didn t display data until logged off and back on You can work your way around main parts of the CRM Notes display as plain text with HTML code instead of formatted Until they give this app some more attention I m using the browser version in Safari on the iPhone saved to a home screen tile I have the 6S plus so the screen is minimally big enough to get the almost fully functional CRM Perhaps that s their plan anyway with the tailwag version         Ok but needs debugging smith-neo
