I like the minimalist uncomplicated and distractionfree user interface The big buttons displayed by the app are easy to press in between sets Unlike some other apps I have tried this one does not overwhelm the user with app features The focus is on getting a great workout and building up over time The app does a great job being an unobtrusive guide and staying out of the way Encouraging Effective and Easy to Use
This app works great However they are missing some videos on it I would add a video for some good stretching before and after I also would add a video of how to do it the right way I bet many of the people using this app do it wrong A simply video couldve solve it Other then that the app works great and I really enjoy it all the way to 100 Thanks a lot guys Great App but need some improvements

This app works great as a way to track and maintain your progress It had three different workout levels going from counter pushups to knee to regular pushups If youre getting started on a routine you wont regret getting this app Great app
If youre a military in shape or do push ups regularly this app is NOT for you 5 sets of 20 push ups is not what I call challenging If you can find a way to do 100 push ups unbroken then this app would be worth it I want my 3 back Not worth it
I started with doing knee pushups since I had very little upperbody strength Halfway through and I can feel and see the difference I use this app together with the 5K and situps Making progress through the training programs motivates me not to skip a workout Motivation
Love this app It keeps me focused and motivated Its easy to adapt it to your individual fitness level Ive graduated from knee pushups and Im now starting the app over doing full military push ups I pair this with the legs butt squats sit ups and abs sister apps for an awesome strength and toning workout I downloaded them because I travel and needed a structured routine that I could do anywhere This works beautifully for travel but I enjoy it so much that I do it at home as well I can already see a difference in my body and Im just a few weeks in I cant wait to see my results when Ive completed the full program There are a couple of small drawbacks 1 the app doesnt illustrate the stretches one should be performing at the beginning and end of each workout Realistically we should be warming up vs stretching before the exercises 2 the rest periods between sets seem excessive in some of the apps 90 sec and more realistic in others 30 sec Maybe 90 sec will make more sense as I progress Suggestions for the developers please add calf raises to the leg app and an upper body app that includes push ups dips and some additional upper body exercises All in all I strongly recommend Great App

This app is good for someone who doesnt do pushups It doesnt actually get you from 0 to 100 pushups though It gets you from 0 to 2020202020 which I know adds up to 100 but is something entirely different If you dont believe me try doing 100 consecutive pushups Anyway I was disappointed by the apps misleading title OK but not what the apps title indicates

If you are good at pushups already it is easy at least at first havent gotten very far My top amount of pushups in a row is 86 so right now it is a little easy but I have been out of practice for a while so I am using it to get myself warmed up for the extreme push ups app So overall quite good but maybe not as good as the 100 push ups challenge online A little easy if advanced
