I actually downloaded this game about a year ago and never played it Today I redownloaded it looking for a cool pixel rpg and this game is WONDERFUL God where to begin The graphics are beautiful pixel sprites and backgrounds the music is just incredible and the animations are so entertaining to watch that I cant wait to get a new unit to attack so I can see the cool new attack animation Reminds me of old school MSDOS Battle Chess in that regard An incredible addition to any pixel andor rpg lovers game collection I would happily pay decent money for a console version An SNES port would be a dream come true Lol Absolutely Wonderful Pixel SortaRPG

Im not one to usually write reviews but I had to make an exception for this one Its hard to believe that a game this well made with this much depth is only 099 for the base game I cant express enough how enjoyable this game is The puzzles start out easy enough that you can pick up some of the basic strategies but ramp in difficulty quickly One of my favorite things is that not only is this a good in line at the store type of game but also a game I can sit down and play for an hour without it feeling repetitive Congrats to the developers for producing such a lovely game that has a permanent place on my first screen And seriously I would have payed 510 dollars easily for a game of this quality Amazing game amazing price

For somehow allowing me to stumble upon this game I normally dont write reviews but I actually came back and searched this game to make sure it was a paid download I would feel guilty not paying for such an awesome game that I know I am going to spend a ridiculous amount of time playing I only just finished the tutorial others have complained about the length but there is a skip button before you start it Personally I appreciate the tutorial it was very clear and yet detailed something that is lacking in most games but I can tell this is going to instantly take a spot in my top 5 iPad games No IAP either simply brilliant Cheers to the developer thank you The Game Gods Must Love Me

You get a way better game here than a dollar should Easy to play but lots of strategy in building and activating units Im very happy to have found this gem Highly recommended
The game was always great but the new update is really great New units and levels would make it great on its own but the new shadow mode is a simple addition that adds a ton of depth and changes the strategy in brilliant ways 5 stars all the way Amazing Update

Starts out fun but quickly the battles get monotonous and the fun factor is lost All the angles and upgrades to troops take a lot of planning may be just me but after a while there was little interest to see the next level or upgrade to troops Lack of iapp was very refreshing though and an interesting concept Just didnt grab me enough to want to continue playing Ok didnt really grab me like other games have

Im a fan The level balance seems to be spot on Though I noticed that the Skeletons Bone Throw that claims to deal 15 damage actually deals 25 damage This was happening in level 34 I died quickly Well done
This game is great The tutorial is very wellwritten and gets you up to speed quickly The gameplay has some interesting twists on other genres and the lack of any inapp purchases is VERY refreshing The polish and care paid to details shines through Fantastic Fantastic
