As of last night none of their apps open Their website wont open No way to contact Ive got most stuff backed up but Ive also lost some stuff This is frustrating Will never trust again     Vanished

Emailed Jean from support staff and she said the engineers are working on it Worried for the security of my files and that they may return it to me     Cant get my pictures back

The app crashes every time it launches Every time     Terrible

Saves so much room on my phone because of all the pictures I take This app is a MUST have for people who take a lot of pictures with their phone                 Love this app

I have been emailing customer service all weekend because my photos have stopped uploading I get NO response back and no solution or anything to fix it I have brought them several people to join the app and I have over 3000 plus pics backed up to their service to be treated like this is sad because I need to back up my pics and this just isnt right        So disappointing

This is the best app out there for backing up photos from all the different services you use                 Great interface wonderful animations

The app was awesome up until this latest update Now all photos show up optimized instead of full quality What this does is it makes the copypaste feature useless for those of us who used it often to copy pictures and paste in text messages and emails in great resolution This avoided having to download any images to iOS device thus saving space Now we never use app anymore because the reason we had it was to NOT have to download pictures to camera roll Picturelife if youre listening please make an option for those of us who want to view full resolution pictures in app so that copying to clipboard gives full resolution results instead of tiny optimized photos Thx        They made iOS app worse

This app lets me carry around a fifth of a million photos in my pocket and makes it easy for me to find any of them at a moments notice I love it And the redesign is awesome                 200k photos in my pocket

I was really upset when Loom went out and they transferred everything to Dropbox Looked for some time for a replacement app that was as user friendly as Loom this was it I love that the photos can be uploaded in the background while on wifi and I dont need to worry about manually transferring them Sharing options are great too Only pet peeveI cant create albums from my mobile devices only online from my computer Hopefully that will change soon                 Really great app

I use this to backup all my photos from my phone and find this to be much better than iCould with more space too                 Better than Apples photo backup system

After organizing all my photos and videos from across the years I was looking for a solution to keep me organized and let me easily store and search through all of them online I thought someone would build a service on top of Dropbox but Picturelife did their thing instead and its the bomb Im still looking forward to more work on sharing but its been awesome for storing and keeping organized a vast collection of media The iPhone app is on my dock                 Finally a solution

After years of losing photos Im excited to now know that each time I snap a photo with my iPhone or Nikon V1 the memory will be securely stored safely on Picturelifes servers This iOS app combined with the Desktop and Web app give me the ability to make sure my memories are always easily accessible                 And theyre safe

Aesthetically pleasing app but its limited on what the app can do vs what the desktop version can do Also experiencing some glitches when I view my timeline No picture only displaying colored lines Please fix           Pretty Good

Love all the new updates but for multiselect there is a deselect all but no select all Would love a select all option Thanks              Need select all

After uploading my videos super precious videos of my niece to picturelife I wandered back a couple days later to find them 100 GONE As I had checked and rechecked they were there the previous day including making sure the space alloted had increased from 0 MB I deleted them from my phone Customer service was friendly but ultimately unhelpful Go elsewherethis app is simply unable to reliably do what it is supposedly designed to do     Be very careful using this app

Picturelife is a beautiful way to view sort and share all my photos It handles all the photos on my device as well as the ones synced from my computer and social networks Having everything in one place in an app the presents everything efficiently and beautiful is amazing Compared with the builtin photos app this one is the bomb dot com and dot biz I recommend it                 Like if iCloud and something brilliant had a baby

This appservice is the best you can get for your pictures Most people take 100s or 1000s of pictures store them away and never look at them again The memories feature of this app helps you go back and relive moments from years past which is the best thing that has happened to my photosthey are no longer lonely just collecting dust in a hard drive                 Greatness

I have the unlimited space The program is buggy and often looses your pictures It has been failing to load pictures for 2 weeks I have contacted customer service 5 times no response FLICKR is FREE and I am considering going back to it     Do not Buy

Wonderful photo aggregation app for my whole family Backs up from all of our computers and phones Wonderful to view on iPhone and iPad less so on the browser Can export to DayOne Instagram etc and photo metadata are retained If you upload a scanned photo or one with wrong metadata you can change it within the app Can also handle video pretty well They also send you a daily email with your previous years memories on that date Overall this service is a gem and well worth paying for to back up my familys thousands of memories                 Fantastic

Do not rely on Picturelife to backup your photos There has been a bug in this app for months that prevents it from uploading all of your photos I reported this to Picturelife nearly a year ago and they acknowledged it was a problem The newest version of the app exacerbates the issue even more as they have removed the ability to manually upload those missing photos Its unbelievable and inexcusable     Broken

I use Dropbox and Facebook but this makes it so easy to save all my pictures in one place The privacy settings are A sharing with friends is a snap and the whole service is beautiful                 Best photo service Ive used

The service is fine But the app has some issues When sharing to other apps it rarely works if ever Just hangs Slow to load previews Sometimes you cant tap to enlarge a pic Crashes Needs some work     Lots of issues

I love the fact it sends you daily email with pictures from a year two etc prior to relive great memories unlimited plan is way to go                 Excellent for backing up all videos and pictures from all devices

I download and buy a lot of Apps but very few of them become ones I use everyday and even fewer are ones I tell friends about I cant stop telling people about picturelife because it is SO great Not only does it backup all your photos and videos it brings your photo collection back to life I upgraded to an unlimited subscription and I now have 350 GB of photos and videos backed up going back to 1999 I can view anyone of them from my phone in seconds Everyday Picturelife creates a nice collection of memories So I wake up each morning and scroll through 15 years of photos from todays date Memories come flooding back I watch how my kids change from year to year I totally mean it when I say it has brought life to my photo collection And the final great thing I will mention With the unlimited subscription my two daughters have been able to link their accounts for no extra charge jand get unlimited storage too but each account is separate and private The only downside is that it doesnt seem to auto backup if you havent opened the app for a while but I think this is a limitation to iOS because I have had the same problems with other apps Try Picturelife its fantastic                 Exactly what icloud should be

Hands down the best photo app around Backs up and organizes my raw photos jpegs videos silly iPhone pics and the scanned photos of my yesteryear and those gorgeous and very previous vintage photos of my grandparents I love using the private links to securely share my favorite memories The search feature is such a fun way to find photos Oh and the new iOS app Wow its stunning Not to mention the Picturelife team is amazing Theyre so responsive and creative I feel like Im part of the development process and they listen to my feedback All around two very enthusiastic thumbs up                 Best photo backup and sharing app Ever

Nice way to keep my photos stored on my phone while being able to decrease my storage space However it hasnt opened in weeks and Im about to delete it once I move all my photos onto my computer Not impressed     Ok when it was working

This app really blew me away The map view alone is amazing Great concept for showing your photos and I LOVE getting an email with a picture I took on this daybut a year or more ago                 Wow

I thought this was a great app at first I have used it for about a year maybe longer I ran out of storage and I have gotten people to join the app because it says I would get more storage My friend joined and I got absolutely NONE I thought there would be an option to maybe buy more storage But theres not even that So disappointed that I used this app for so long and have so many photos backed up on it     WOW SO DUMB

My wife and I both use this app and we love it Since my wife likes to take pictures and videos of the kids this app help her free up memory on her phone so she can add more memories Overall its an awesome app                 Just Awesome

I looked around and tried many free trials but Picturelife definitely beat all the others in terms of features and usability The iphone app is fantastic and sleek and the memories page is a great was to see photos you otherwise wouldnt                 Best cloud photo library out there and I did my research
