On the way to Woodstock

Due to Karmic circumstance I was unable to attend but go to Bethel several times a year for music and to soak up the vibe that was planted in the soil those three days its still there What an awesome App Its a gift to myself that keeps on giving                 The spark of imagination

Absolutely stunning journey through Woodstock including what led up to it and what it inspired Im in my 20s but as a music lover its incredible to be able to go back and find out what society was like during that time and how Woodstock even happened The photos design videos and text are all beautifully crafted into an indepth and wellresearched experience I love that I can listen to the music while reading about these artists or watch a wide variety of videos The airplay feature is also great especially combined with the slideshow Makes me wish I was alive during that era Overall definitely worth the price for the experience that you get with it Highly recommended                 This is what an app should be

Its a history of the US up to Woodstock Really well done Excellent whether you car about that event or not as it has lots of stats almond with carts and videos                 More than just music and Woodstock

My first review of any app I own This contains an inordinate amount of information not only of the event but of life in America leading up to it Im still discovering buttons that lead me to even deeper levels of videos documents photos interviews etc If it looks like a button push it or swipe it If you have the least in the 60s you WILL want to purchase this app                 Amazing Amount of Information

Comprehensive does not begin to describe this thoughtfully and artfully developed app It was a bit of a leap of faith to drop 10 bucks on an app but one well taken If you have any interest in the phenomenon that was Woodstock spend the money and prepare to be blown away For all of the flower children out there whom have given up daisies for iPads this app is for you for all of the children of the flower children as well                 Amazing

Theres no video or music from the festival itself and not very many photos The text is lame and uninteresting Hugely overpriced Might have been ok for a buck or two The Woodstock film is infinitely better I feel ripped off        Lame and Overpriced

I want everyone to get this because it is for all ages and you will learn Alot from it                 App of the YEAR

I thought the app was well designed easy to use and informative Its perfect for a music lover The links with videos biographies and stories of people who went to Woodstock were set up in an extremely creative way This is definetly my favorite app on my iPad                 Groovy

I love this app It is full of so much unexpected informarion As the child of two music buffs who grew up in the 60s and 70s this app helped me connect with my parents on a whole new level The three of us loved this app and I loved hearing their input about the music and events of the times I would recommend this app to music and history lovers of all ages                 Wonderful

I wish there were more picturesalso this app is very dependent on the Internet especially utube and iTunes But its really entertaining with being instantly linked to the different artist performances that have been downloaded              Reliving Woodstock

I love the design but I opened it to show off to my dad and he instantly caught a factual error Arlo Guthrie was 22 not 18 when he performed at Woodstock This oversight was disappointing as I thought I could learn from this application not have to second guess each statement              Fact Check

I bought this app months ago before I even had an iPad because it looked amazing Well I finally got an iPad today and just spent the last hour or so using this app I cannot get enough Its already my favorite app Its like having a museum full of great videos pictures and facts on your iPad                 The best app I have ever owned

I was there then and this app has transported me back I can almost feel the mud beneath my feet and smell the joints as I navigate this app Kudos to all who contributed to this wonderful time machine                 A Time Machine

I downloaded this app when it first came out Today several years later its design still looks fresh and feels engaging Its nice to see external content played in situ and still feel like its part of the app experienceeven seeing the set lists connected to the option to buy songs when you click buy you do end up going to the iTunes Store app I havent found a better look and feel for a timeline scrapbook or journaling app Its one of my top fave apps of all categories                 Its Dope Stands up to the test of time

I was born in the 50s and raised in the 60s so all this is very familiar to me The Woodstock App is a very informative walk through the process that was the United States between the end of WWII and the end of Vietnam We did a lot of good things and also made serious mistakes This App seems to outline the history of this era in chronological order For a history buff this is money well spent If you are a child the 60s consider the money spent an investment in memories The days of the 5 nickel bag and 030 cent per gallon gas are gone but we can still have our memories This App gets 5 stars from me                 Will Never Be The Same

Though I agree that this app is well thought out and nicely constructed I should have known that actual Woodstock performance videos would be limited For someone who was only 16 at the time and wanted to be there I was hoping this app would focus mostly on the performances and give me a better feel for what was seen and heard that weekend Im sure there are copyright issues so just be wary of what you are expecting           Very few Woodstock performance videos

I loved the 60s but never made it to Woodstock Never would I have tolerated the crowds I lived vicariously through others who did The music is incredible and Joplin was my favorite Thanks for such an all encompassing trip down nostalgia lane 5 stars for sure I recommend this to anyone who was directly or indirectly part of this great era and those who want to learn about it Also love that you changed the icon to a VW Bus                 Great trip down memory lane
