Mountain Bike Trails

Honestly I keep this app on my phone for the icon It could be a great app if they hooked up with GPS kit and linked gpx files of the trails They need a favorites button I hate having to start for the beginning every time I live in the US dont ask me every time I open it The app crashes way to much I have tried to write reviews and give current info on trails but it wont stop crashing With all the money u have got from the app make us proud     Needs LOTS of work

It does what it says it does yet it is frustrating to click for trail details and there are none Remove the details or add the ability for users to add photos additional trail information come on you can do it        Add ability to add details photos

Whats up with this app When I tap on the pin for a trail by my house Mueller Park Trail in Bountiful UT it pulls up a random link to a completely different trail I tried this with seven trails within a 10 mile radius and all but one pulled up the wrong trail Not even close Am I missing something here     Pins Do Not Correspond To Trails

This app has turned me onto tons of new trails I cant imagine not having it It is a wonderful resource                 All around great biking app

Im not sure why this is such a highly rated app I looked at about a dozen rides in a couple different areas and not a single listed ride had ANY information A pin on the map does very little for me How about a description of the trail Or an actual map of the trails route Or how about some reviews Nothing Not sure how Im supposed to make any kind if educated decision based on the information or lack thereof from this app Lame     Not worth the

It shows you the locations of all the trails but not the trail route unless you view it on their website which is not optimized for the iPhone and does not show where you are Need to show actual trail route and your location on map Found it incredibly difficult going between trail map on website and iPhones native map app to try and tell if I was going the right way Fix that and you have a good app and my review stars go up        Nice but most wanted feature doesnt exist in app

The title says it all I knew of a handful of trails in my area but now this is a one stop directory of all the trails in the area and all over the states Sweet app 55                 This app is a goldmine

This app often crashes There are quite a few trails not included at least for the Auburn Ca area The web site map that it directs you to is very difficult to enlargescroll a point of interest without the screen going blank and you having to refreshstart over because your point of interest is no longer visible moved map position A waste of my money Very disappointed        Many bugs

It is a good app but it needs Internet for the directions                 jersey shore

The trails do not show any GPS and most maps dont work Definitely should be free for what it does all its doing is querying their database of addresses of trails then sending it to google maps        Only good for finding a nearby trail

Great concept but very few actual reviews And info is much too vague to rely on Until there are more reviews detailed trail descriptions and trail maps you are better off just using google or mtbr        Meh

App has a good list of trails but is otherwise just a portal to TrailFu Would like to search for all trails near a particular place on the map not just a list GPX link on TrailFu is not alot of use on my phone It would be nice to see integrated with a GPS app Not many trail reviews        Good list of trails

Heres my review so far I played with this app all day and here are my pros and cons Pros The Most Complete Mountain Bike Trail List Ive seen to date No one else has this much data This is worth the price alone Simple User Interface Great Proximity Listing Feature Shows you nearby Bike Shops Good price Cons Not enough trail reviews at this point I will submit a few of my own as soon as I can No way to filter or sort by difficulty of trail No trails for Mexico Overall this is a great app and I highly recommend it to other mountain bikers that travel around the country or are looking for new trails near their own hometown Thank you CastleHoff                 Its about freaking time

Tons of trails I have used it in California Utah Arizona Texas New Mexico and all over the southern US it is always spot on                 Best biking application

i use this app all the time when i want to go riding wit my friends              amazing

Good at finding trail heads but you want me to go to the website on my phone to view the trail Its ok but lacks some real innovation and useful tools when it comes to actually riding        Its ok

This is the absolute worst app Ive ever seen No trail information beyond the most basic no reviews and few descriptions of what it does have Want to sign up to leave your own reviews The app malfunctions and wont let you Its self defeating Want to search for trails in a location other than where you are App cant do it Sorry You can only search to find new trails you dont know about by name Sooooo helpful The designers should be banned from the iTunes Store     DO NOT BUY Complete waste

The MTB community is funny some people dont like sharing trail locations thankfully this app has data for ALL the places i travel for work I am in sales and travel all over the US I am always shocked at how many trails there are every place that I visit This app is amazing it is the most comprehensive trail list I have seen                 Love the app

It seems like the developer has listened to the users and is very active in making this program better I am in the Midwest where we have several small trails This app allows me to find and try several trails With the tie in to the website I can get more information on the trails The app is worth the price                 Keeps getting better

Dont believe the positive reviews I would put money on that they are from the people who wrote the app diluting the truth The map is not user friendly at all and to small and not made to use for IPhone I keep trying to make the map larger and some how was diverted to another trail in another part of the state Frustrating     Lousy

Okay so this one app I use all the time great stuff and it keeps getting better I emailed the company with a question on how to view trails on the map and they emailed me back within an hour they need to fix it so it is more obvious go to nearby click search type the state abbreviation then click search and it shows every trail in the state and you can zoom to where you are looking Very cool app                 Trail Rider

Only has alphabetical lists of trails Too many trails it shows as a pin point on the mapthats all Save your money     AWFUL

There almost nothing in this app that is not on their website all of the trail maps and most info just open inside a browser in the app So if you try to use it where there is no cell service eg out in actual wilderness you are out of luck IF you could actually download the maps and use the app offline it might have some use My recommendation is to find a good GPS app Motion X and import GPX files from the TrailFu site or elsewhere While there are fewer trails in western NC than I had anticipated TrailuFu seems to be a good site and just as good in Safari as in this app        Bookmark TrailFu website and save 2 bucks

It only lists the trail names It doesnt have a map of the trail A better app is called Bike Maps     Doesnt have the map of the trails

Total waste When you click to see the trail on the map all you get is a pin drop in the general vicinity of the trail No description no trail directions Junk app     WASTE OF MONEY

Ive politely requested a refund no response Heres why Most trails have no information and what IS available is simply links to other apps where you need to search I think the app could be useful but they seem to rely in users to provide any real useful information about trails     Not good

I like to move around and travel a lot and I bring my bikes where ever I go This has been the best app for finding trails where I have no clue where anything else is around me This is perfect                 Epic

It searches fast but then I cant filter by anything Id like to search by closer towns or by difficulty Then once I found the trail I details are weak I cant see the map well on my phone For trails that are all levels Id like to know Which parts are hard and which are easy And mAny there are more than one loop but you cant see that in this app Last there are 5 stars but you cant see any reviews Where is the benefit        Not too usable

Wish I hadnt bought it There are no trail details which is really frustrating     Dont bother

This app can be useful but can also be very inaccurate as to the exact locations Some were not there at all I used the send us info button to offer details to the correct location and or details about the trails but have never seen this info appear on a demo I emailed them and they actually responded but told me they have regualr jobs and cant address these quickly but now 8 months later I see they still have not used any of the info I sent Support is non existant Version 20 addressed my concerns and from what what ive seen so far is much more trustworthy A couple of the locations that were incorrect that I caught were fixed Thank you I like how easy it is now to write reviews I score 4 out 5 because I think adding the ability to add photos and possibly pin point the trail heads onsite would be a major plus as well I also need to use it more to make sure it doesnt send me on any more wild goose chases before I give it a 5 If it works rightthis is the best app I have Awesome for the traveling man              very pleased with the updated version so far

Why would you charge 199 for this app I expected a lot more than a few trails and only directions to them        199

I think this app is great for finding the ENTRANCE to the trail I thought I was getting maps of the trails themselves too My mistake but I didnt want anyone to make the same mistake Maps are online for trails in my area for free It would be great to always have them in my pocket           Trail Maps

Not only does this locate nearby trails they update regularly If users would add trails and reviews this would hands down be an unbeatable app                 Must have MTB trail applocator

This update renewed my faith with this app I love having the ability to write reviews on the go also the features that were already there are awesome The Nearest button may be my favorite part I give this app 4 stars because Id like to be able to add pictures on the go too This app is definitely worth getting there arent reviews for every trail yet because they depend on us the riders to get out there and ride them              Update saved this app

I love the update cool new features As a woman rider it seems like the men I ride with try to keep trail information private my girlfriends and I really like this becuase it let us know about a bunch of new trails and really seems to open the sport up to those that have not been doing it for 20 years Worth the money                 Mountain Bike greatness
