As my previous review stated I used Meeting Pad since it was originally released on a daily basis Three weeks ago when it was updated it lost all of my meeting notes Luckily I had backed them up My low star rating isn t the fact that I lost my notes but that I had no response back from the developer on my request for support After installing this version and restoring my backup files everything is fine and working Unfortunately I have found other Meetings application that appear to be even better and I have completely migrated to their solution given that Meeting Pad no longer worked I wish the developer and any users good luck with Meeting Pad it was fun while it lasted     Too little too late Rich Steve Filman

The new version of MeetingPad is bringing one nice new feature sync with iOS reminders Nice if it worked as expected I am using reminders synced with iCloud as well as synced with Exchange The only way I have found to make MeetingPad sync with my Exchange iOS reminders is to turn of iCloud reminders each time I am to use MeetingPad In addition to this problem all my old closed tasks in MeetingPad is counted on the App s badge so the badge shows I high number although no tasks are overdue Even worse I have a meeting where I have two active tasks while at the overall overview of tasks I only have one Looks like the DB upgrade messed up a lot of my data I m not sure if I can trust my important meetings to this app any more         New version mess up important features OJ_L

So I forgot to bring my laptop into work one day but I did have my iPad What to do for that 4pm meeting Well I downloaded this app hoping it would help me keep minutes during the meeting I am pleased to say that this app does everything I need it to do and more Typing on the iPad is a bit tedious so I suggest a Bluetooth keyboard when using this app You definitely don t want the meeting to run away from you while you re pecking away at a virtual keyboard PROS Audio recording Meeting Actions and reminders Attendees can be pulled from contacts or added UI is intuitive and beautiful CONS I wish I had more control over how the finished document looked or that I could set up a template for it to follow As is I m stuck with the same ugly red letters and tables for actions But this is fixable within about 5 minutes on a word processor Overall this app gives me more flexibility and features than a pen and paper or word processing app would I think it s a novel idea and a well executed app                     Greatness AudioOverflow

If you are looking for an application that helps you look smart in meetings and gives the impression that you have it all together this is an app to get I read a previous review about the meeting import not working but i was able to import the meeting and all the invitees add additional invitees position people in how they sat in the meeting and even used it to remember names while I was having a senior moment create and assign action items and within minutes of meeting closure send out the update Amazing I wish there was a 4 5 rating i can offer because the only reason I did not place this at 5 stars is because it would have been great to have all of the content to be automatically backed up in a cloud service rather than email I already had something happen on another iPad and have grown very comfortable with connecting to the net to quickly and easily reload all of my software settings and content Other than that great job with the functionality This is one of the VERY few apps that offered me everything I wanted out of an app functionally and more                 Makes me look smart Jscott00
