I have been having problems with this app trying to get it to load for MONTHS Have tried EVERYTHING including contacting support I see from reading other reviews that I am not the only one with this problem PLEASE FIX as I do love this app but have spent HOURS trying to get it to load extremely frustrating as I have purchased the ENTIRE puzzle collection Wont load

Still have issues with a black box on one of my Kindles but have found a way to make it disappear Keep adding new puzzle levels for iPad as the variety is great Best jigsaw puzzle game I have found

Magic jigsaw puzzles are sometime interesting to complete Lately their has been quite a few animal puzzles which I like to complete but I like to complete scenery puzzles I completed a puzzle and I could not make out what it was and what significance it played in the grand design of the monthly puzzles Still like it

Ever since the latest update Magic Puzzles wont load for me I see from the reviews that a lot of other people cant get the app to load I have Magic Puzzle on my IPad mini I love and depend on this game to fill in the empty gaps of time I have an anxiety disorder and use this app because it relaxes me and calms my anxiety Along with the beautiful music and sound effects its all I need for a lovely time of enjoyment and relaxation Please fix as soon as possible Game wont load

I like this app when it works It sometimes freezes my whole iPad and I have to restart it It also sometimes wont load A couple times it lost puzzles that I had been working on and I had to start over When it works its entertaining Freezes iPad

Why does my game shutdown during a game Magic jigsaw puzzles

I absolutely love this app but just dread when a daily puzzle first appears and most of the pieces are dark or black Because the side where the pieces are is also dark with no backlighting there is no way to be able to discern the shape of the pieces Only thing about this app I do not like Black or dark puzzles

Magic Puzzles is my favorite puzzle app The puzzles are beautiful and I love the Magic edge piece function And I appreciated the help that Magic Puzzles Customer Service gave me in restoring my puzzle collections and coins to my new iPad Magic Puzzles is a five star app run with five star customer service Very entertaining and challenging puzzles

This was my goto iPad app but it has been stuck on install for two full days now If I delete it so that I can reinstall I will lose all my completed puzzles and my points I am now searching for another jigsaw puzzle application Broken

This last update was a disaster Wish I never did it It is hard to check in to my collection You have turned off the rotate choice so it reverts back to rotate for every new puzzle I choose to NOT rotate and this choice should be in the menu rather than having to do it for every new puzzle You have ruined a very calming puzzle experience by adding too much junk Leave well enough alone I no longer look forward to doing your puzzles it is too frustrating Stop with the cartoony types and go back to scenic reallife subjects Where I was anxious to do the daily puzzle I am now way behind No fun any more Bad update
