Tells you to register so ya do3 times Tried to register product in the app apparently you have to purchase a wifi modem no USB port no wifi enabled within the washer no way to connect This would be an amazing app to have and actually be able to use But not gonna happen Pointless Useless

False advertising on LGs part So much for a cutting edge product with easy diagnosis app Useless Wastereally LG this is the best you can do

App says it downloaded but icon remains dark and nothing happens So the washing machine doesnt work and the app to troubleshoot it doesnt work Doesnt work

Doesnt work with the 3370 Seriously why advertise machines as having smart capabilities if the app doesnt support manyall of them This is a pointless app that doesnt deserve space on your iDevice What is even the point

The Apps available do not work with iPhone or iPad LG states the apps only work with devices where you can enable NFC near field communications and Apple does not have this feature they use something else LG also said they are in the process of updating the apps and are aware that Apple devices do not work It is unfortunate because the washerdryer are awesome but one of my main purchase drivers is not available Shame on you LG for not making this clear This is a case of deceptive marketing through the exclusion of important information Not for iPhone or iPad

They dont bother to tell you this app and wifi connection only works with 1 dryer and 2 washers I have the biggest most expensive lg washer and dryer and this app isnt compatible with either Models not compatible

This app does not work or have LGs support I thought that Apple policed for this sort of non working software Total waste of memory
