This used to be the greatest App in the world If you are a traveling salesman which I am I fell in love with this thing as I went out and spent over 1100 on the latest and greatest Ipad at the time Pricey but this had paid for itself at least 100 times over in the first year But then I upgraded What a huge mistake This is now one of the slowest moving apps I have seen and makes me want to throw my Ipad against the wall because it moves so incredibly slow and freezes up constantly They really need to address this This app used to be free with the exception of the 8 upgrade for pins one time fee That s when this app was great Now I pay monthly and I hate it I really hope they fix this so I can stop hating this and fall in love with the app all over again Used to be Great Angry longtime customer

I am not a fan of subscriptions but I am a huge fan of this app It has transformed my iPad into a truly productive instrument I have told every level of sales management at my company about this app This is my most valuable app I wish there was an additional option for purchase where I could just pay a large sum for a lifetime membership It is easy to loose track of subscriptions and if for some reason I get rid of or renew the card It could cause a problem The lack of cancellation effectiveness of other subscriptions has led me to be cautious of subscriptions in general Like I said this is a great app but I would like to hear more feedback from those that subscribe before I jump in I need more feedback on the subscription Ben&Jen

I m a commercial truck salesman and love this app It allows me to filter my contacts by groups so my vendor or personal contacts do not display on the map when I m trying to do cold calling It s the only app I have found that allows me to do this All the other apps will display all my contacts on the map which displays pins contacts I do not need while on the road Great job with this app Awesome for a salesman doing cold calls Mater11333

What a great product Just the pins on the map feature alone makes this valuable to my daily work including Sales Calls and appointments Simple to use immediately on the iPad and we have an Exchangelinks up to the Outlook Calendar folder Looking forward to getting more adept and more sales efficiency Mike Wow

While this is good tool for scheduling and routing the best thing about it is the ability to customize my contact list so that I can easily plan and organize my day by types of customers and prospects that I will be visiting I can easily segment my contacts by the filters that I choose This helps me determine frequency of visits and purpose of each contact I have been very pleased since I started using Keyoobi Now it is faster than ever and I can move easily and quickly across al my prospects and client lists Great planning tool

We were getting ready to make a big purchase of this app with our company 800 iPads but the latest update broke how we use it Since the app doesnt let you categorize an exchange list it no longer works the way we use it We use to put in sales leads thru the contacts within Outlook and categorize the leads within the app via the custom categories Now if a contact is under exchange you cant set categories for it Lame Exchange Update Broke it

This application responded very slow due to the high number of contacts I have in my IPAD I have over 3500 contacts and every time I try to open up a contact it slows down I wish that in a update you could make this product work faster for people with large databases of customers Also when it goes into the calendar it shows the person name and address but I would also like to have the company name displayed in the outlook calendar Also you should see the calendar when you are in portrait mode as well as landscape mode It is a great start but needs to be improved especially for the money I spent I expect more Slow to Responed

I am loving this app It really helps me visualize my territory and plan my route most efficiently I like the fact that I can see other accounts close to my travels for that day giving me the ability to stop in without going out of my way The only thing I can think of to improve would be to add more pins or the ability to customize the color of the pins to add additional custom groups Great app

Program wont open just crashes Also wont show all of your pins only ones that have appointments Addresses are now all red does this mean I have to re enter them Program used to be good Fix the updates

I really like the app Ive got two uses for it One is for appointments The other is for tripvacation planning I place all the restaurants and attractions Id like to see in my address book I can then see whats nearby by in Keyoobi and make plans for the day or later in the trip I would like the ability to attach the Keyoobi groups to groups in my Address Book rather than manually adding contacts Say I already have a Friends group in address book I would just add the group name to a given Keyoobi group Other than that I really like the app A very good start

Ive used hundreds of apps but never felt compelled to write a review This is the best app for sales that Ive ever used Its works great with exchange and the mapping feature is perfect I would give it 10 stars if possible Bravo

Product works beautifully to integrate all three apps in one screen No mre switching back and forth between your calendar then contacts then looking on the map This app even gives you the best route between appointments and tells you if you have enough time Its one of those simple and effective apps that I am surprised Apple themselves hadnt thought of Engineer

I saw a demo of this app on Thursday at the MacWorld trade show I liked the look of it That night I download the app I was surprised at how quickly it moved my 1300 contacts from my address book into the app I love the map feature that drops a pin at the location for each of my contacts Its a great app Great Product

Loaded this app 3x and couldnt get it to open Doesnt work

Put all attractions addresses on my address book and they all show on map now I know where should go for the best route Awesome app not only for business but also for travel

Bad app design Wont let you drop pins for on the go changes It should let you drop and not go through contacts Waste of money Does not let you drop pins

Here a few complaints about this App and especially version Before when I added a contact in my phone it would instantly appear on the map in this App Now when I add a contact a lot of the time it doesnt even appear and many times I have to close the App many times before it finally appears and sometimes it doesnt appear at all It used to work great One problem that there has always been is that the map is not very accurate at times A lot of times the map wont recognize the address and puts it in a completely different place The mapping needs a lot of work These are my biggest complaints right now but I do like the app and recommend it If these corrections are made it will be a great app Good App until latest update
