After much wrangling I finally got the app to work however it is clunky at best and frustrating always From the beginning There is no help file no instructions and less than acceptable support After finally figuring out how to make the app work the process to customize it is long and very frustrating It does not accept edits to questions very well Some it will take and commit others it ignores completely I think this has to do with restrictions to field size put in when the original questions were input Probably not intended but if your text is too much different length formatting style punctuation etc than what is in there by default it ignores it The question sets themselves are not ordered very well and jump all over the place Why the standard could not be followed is beyond me After you customize the question sets even deleting whole sections of questions the printed version includes the length anyway So you always end up with 48 50 single sided printed pages So customization does not really save you anything if you edit for length When printed it would be nice if the pages had page X of X on them The only option is to email the reports in pdf format Not very helpful Would be nice if you could print them directly from the application When conducting an actual audit if you want to ask the same questions to more than one person you have to create another entire audit as there is no facility to ask questions multiple times and record an answer This makes audit reports VERY lengthy as well as complicated to put together easily As it is now one audit one time for each question When conducting an audit it is confusing with the page lengths Again deleted sections are still included just blank other than the heading but page lengths are different some are screen size and some scroll down for multiple screens There is nothing to indicate this either Unless you just happen to scroll down for some reason on most of them you have no idea if the page is longer or not After the app has been running a while it starts to mess up on the screen elements NOTES icons go missing or turn into a yes box they are still there but either you cannot see them or they look like some other element already on the screen text entered in the notes fields suddenly appears in the notes field for a different question This all gets very confusing after a while Overall I found the app completely non intuitive When I inquired for support it was very lacking in promptness content and manner This meaning I had to make multiple inquiries they were slow in responding and not very helpful when they did I got the distinct impression whoever was responding was annoyed that I had asked for help with their app I have Access databases that are better than this but unfortunately I have no way to run them from the iPad With a little polish work and attention to detail this could be a solid app As it is now I am afraid I feel I wasted my money I spent in good faith as after all the app deals with an International Quality Standard But I spent the 50 00 and then more than 35 hours of direct labor trying to customize it and make it work and finally just deleted it and went back to my old methods If they fix it I will come back and try out any updates but won t rely on it until it is really fixed         Save your money Nrgwise
