I use this app to easily pay rent and to submit maintenance requests but was hoping for a little bit more First I have to log back in every time I access the app which is becoming more and more annoying as I have to scroll through and find my community every time on top of usual log in requirements It didn t use to do this and I don t know why the auto login went away Second I loved the idea of push notifications being sent to my phone when I received a package it s a brilliant idea but it doesn t happen The only way I am notified is if I have the app send me an email and then I have to check my email constantly to see if and when a package arrives For the ease of payment and maintenance request submissions I give this 3 stars but since it is missing the pieces above I mentioned I cannot give it a rave review especially since they seem like easy program fixes If they were fixed I would consider changing my rating             Love the idea but missing some functionality vk_williams

I use the app only to submit maintenance requests and pay rent for my apartment so my usage is not much It s a good app with decent GUI It does the purpose so I wouldn t complaint                 Decent app aj2790
