cant log in despite changing password Useless     Poorly designed

Did you ever stumble upon something and were just at a loss for words dumbfounded as nothing makes a bit of sense Such a poor and nonvalue add website thats is just suggested skip the download and out your time to something more useful App is pretty poor     Dumbfounded

While a Wawa app is such a nice thought this app has problems so frequently that it is a source of frustration rather than convenience I often must reenter my password and it seems to have a difficult time connecting to the server When Im in the store I sometimes must go outside to access the app Very inconvenient        Almost useless

It seems after the last update I havent been able to log in I have changed my password and I am still getting an error telling me invalid user or password Guess I lost all the money I had on my account now Not happy     Use to love this app

At first I thought the app was not very good but I have changed my mind I started the set up over again and it started and works great As to the complaint about signing into the app every time you use it I just never sign out                 I like it

This app should allow you to order from the local wawa and pay for it online Every time I walk into the store there is a line to order at the screen and then another one to pay       

I expected better from a great and wellestablished company like Wawa The app would be great if it actually worked a majority of the time Until then I have to give it a bad rating It crashes often when trying to reload your Wawa card Who wants to deal with that in the middle of the store It would be great if it supported adding your Wawa card to the Passbook app like the Starbucks app does with their card then it would still be available even when the Wawa app isnt working which is most of the time Until that feature is added Ill keep my physical Wawa card in my wallet as a backup because Ive had to use it as a backup multiple times now Also you should be able to choose a reward add it to your Passbook and use it from within Passbook before the expiration date Its annoying that you need to use the Wawa app activate the reward and then use it within 15 minutes If these three issues were fixed this app would easily get a 55 rating        Needs work

My wife and I have been using the app all summer but its plagued with bugs such as 1 Login is slow and sometimes doesnt work at all I used to try to login while I was in line to pay but now Ive learned to take time to login after I get my coffee but before I get in line 2 My wife and I share an account Its on both our phones Every time she logs in it logs me out and vice versa Its annoying to have to constantly log in especially since the logins sometimes dont work See next point 3 Sometimes it will not let you log in at all It says you have the wrong username and password even though youre entering it correctly The only fix is to uninstall and reinstall the app Ive had to do this twice so far     Slow and buggy

I see Im not the only one having this issue     RECOGNIZE MY PASSWORD

This app works some of the times does have a lot of issues that need to be worked out also would really like to see an update so you can use Apple Watch to pay with gift card           OK

This app is just not reliable It will freeze crash and lags a lot It really need a lot of tlc     Too many bugs

I always have the most difficult time logging in to this app I even log in before entering the store but the app will require a second login at the counter sometimes I have found that if I take a screen shot of my balance before I enter the store I save myself some embarrassment at the counter I love Wawa but I hate this app     Login Trouble

View card usage showing old transactions back to April I use and reload same card Card is user several times a week Reinstall of app with power cycle in between did not help In general app has worked well for me        View Card Usage Issue

Keeps telling me my username or password is incorrect please try again I know its correct The same username and password logs me onto their Wawa Rewards website from my web browser and thats what the app says to login with     Useless

This a great app but I cant use it right now because Im not able to sign in I know my password and user name are correct Please fix this bug ASAP              Fix the sign on bug

I really like the idea of this app but it has a lot of glitches Every time I spend enough money to get a reward the notification shows up but I cant view what the reward is        Glitches

Ive reset my password several times and it still wont let me log in Which makes it useless and I out money this needs to be fixed     Cant log in

I really wanted to like this app but it seems to be more of a problem that a benefit I created my account assigned my security questions and password Then when you go back to sign in the app states incorrect password and after multiple attempts I either have to choose password reset or get locked out On a few password resets it asked for my answer to my security question and my email to send me a link to reset my password Once a new password is set I return to sign in and cannot do the process repeats lost password security question reset password and so on repeat again and again So I have never been able to use this app to actually sign in     Wont recognize password

This app is a great idea but poorly developed You can see how many people here are using their correct username and password and CANNOT SIGN IN TO THIS APP This makes the rewards useless which makes this app pointless HOPEFULLY YOUR DEV GROUP IS WORKING ON FIXING THIS Its a great concept that many of your competitors have also adapted But this is the only one I use that DOES NOT WORK Bummer     I CANT SIGN IN

Update App seems to be working okayfor now I have zero faith that I wont have problems again considering no patches have been released and it appears totally random that it is working again Plus 1 star but its merely a 2 star app until stability is proven Last review Latest update completely destroyed the app Cannot log in cannot change password it says my 100 correct password is incorrect but then wont let me change it Just a total hot mess Congrats on destroying an app that was working just fine before        Problematic

Such a great company you would expect them to have hired a better agency to design this app So unreliable and so many bugs it makes it hard for me to keep wanting to use it and give it another shot time and time again From app crashes to not displaying the proper rewards to the point that not even employees know how to use it at all So dont even expect assistant at the station from them because it seems like they dont even use it     U N R E L I A B L E

This app seems to have been developed with the companys bottom line in mind not the customer Spend 50 for a 2 coupon but the coupon expires very quickly and deleting messages incorrectly deletes the coupon anyway Its a lot of hoops to jump through for very little reward        So frustrating

Bought a new iPhone 6s Plus and couldnt log into my account on the new phone Found I had to delete the app and download it again Now it works just fine Not as slick as it could be How about a mobile sandwich order feature so it would be ready when I walked in the door              Password problem fixed

In theory I love this app mobile payment feature nutrition information and loyalty points are all great But do you want to add funds to your Wawa card Sorry thats going to be a 10minute process Other retailers let you flash your card barcode and add money right at the register the same as paying for what youre buying but not Wawa Its faster to give up on getting to 50 spending in the app and just use my credit card This app also needs order ahead so I can place an order for my sandwich as I walk out the door and its ready when I get there     Nice features trapped in cheap app

Every time the app updates you have to sign in After most recent update cannot sign in at all I have rest the password 3 times This has happened before also My money is on the card in the app and I cannot use it        Cannot sign in

I put a privacy screen protector on my iPhone now your crappy Symbol scanners cant scan the barcode in the app No other store I go to has this problem Starbucks and the YMCA scanners work perfectly Im done with your rewards program     Wawa scanners stink

great when it works but lately the goose just flaps and flaps while I hold up the checkout line upsetting the rest of the customers and making me look stupid thanks for your technologybut no thanks     goose flapping

Half the time I cant get the app to load data The other half the app will not remember my login info Very frustrating Not worth the time and headache     Very Unreliable

I can log into my account online but when I try to log into the app I keep getting an incorrect emailpassword message I even tried changing my password in the app but it still wont take my new password Faulty app is part of the reason that I stopped using it along with the fact that adding money to my account cant easily be done inapp or at the register        Cant log into the app

DEFINITELY needs Wallet support App can take a few seconds to load which the people behind me in line just love Also reloading your card can be cumbersome Overall though its very convenient and the rewards are nice              Could be more intuitive

this app is really starting to aggravate me Ive tried numerous times to sign onto my account to make a purchase and it keeps saying invalidwrong password so I changed my password a couple of times and its still not working it lets me sign on through the desktop site done trying     Annoying

It was a dark stormy evening only a few nights ago I was staring wistfully out my window while sipping on a delicious Wawa Iced Tea circa 2015 when suddenly a familiar feeling came over me Something had changed I noticed out of the corner of my eye that my phone was lighting up vibrating I read the text could it be It couldnt A free bag of Peddlers Pantry chips from Wawa Delivered to me from my Wawa Rewards app My mind immediately was filled with equal parts of delight and curiosity as chips are my favorite snack but I needed to know more Who was this peddler What was in hisher pantry And why did Wawa send me this surprise reward I had to know more I donned my finest slacks and cumberbund and set out into the night to learn of this peddler and their mysteries I had set out into the night and was far into my journey when a familiar face appeared It was my good friend Marmalade Jones who was holding a bag of Peddlers Pantry chips himself I comfronted him with haste and grabbed him by the collar WHO IS THIS PEDDLER WHAT DO YOU KNOW I screamed Marmy was frightened and hobbled off into the night Useless I took a deep breath and continued on my journey Upon entering my local Wawa store I found the said pantry containing the chips A variety What a delicious selection of delightfully crunchy chips I glanced around the store however and found no peddler in sight only the smiles of my favorite Wawa associates I sighed Maybe this wasnt about knowing of the peddler all along it was all about educating myself of the glory of their wonderful chips I made my purchase used my free Wawa coupon and headed back home to enjoy my bounty I still wonder if I will ever find the peddler but for now I know I will always be able to enjoy a delicious chip                 The legend of the peddler

I came across WaWa a year ago while on vacation and was hooked The food is amazing the service is even better and I just cant get enough of the soda machine I was sad when I came home and noticed there was no WaWa Then magically one was opened 30 minutes from my apartment I have since made my pilgrimages to WaWa ever since WaWa is the truth Best sandwiches hands down                 WaWa is a way of Life

For as good as the store is thats how bad the app is Actually cant really say how the app is as it wont let me log in change password and the app still says its wrong Somethings are better left alone this app would be one of them     Confused
