Love the game but it crashes on the 3rd trials all female Started with most recent update                 Crash

The game is very fun but there are a few bugs like enemy will sometimes go invisible and items arent always collected from the lucky circus              Good but few bugs

I did very low total damage from Ms Claw It was like 150K damage on Gauntlet and Party Stage She only did 15K total damage That made me lost on Gauntlet I have 3 more stage to finish Gauntlet Give me 400K gold or 200 Gems back     New update has huge bug on Ms Claw

Game is really fun at first but that gets old quick Crashes every 10 minutes and customer service is horrible So many things that are wrong with this game that need to be fixed or changed Its not worth the the time or effort at the moment I regret spending money on this game        Not worth the time

If you cant connect people to be your friends you just got different brands of phones                 Awesome

Suggestion for Pandoras spring that gives only purple items scraps each draw will be 100k gold Purple item scraps are so hard to get and this will help make it easier Please consider this one Please           Suggestion

Not quite sure but ever since the new update came around the app crashes and my group power or however is called went significantly down Im on lvl60 and my gods group power all together was 15790 now its down to 13309 not sure why I cant even make it through a trial Truly disappointed I hope this issue is fixed soon     Gods level power

Great game with a lot of gods to collect and level up Game does have some issues though new update lowered my characters power and still crashes every so often              Fix issues for 5 stars

This is a great very fun game but it consistently crashes when attempting to progress in the gauntlet battles or trials It is impossible to continue in the game until this bug is fixed           Crashing problems

How come I cant add any friends My boyfriend plays and he told me to add him so I tried but nothing It says theres no one under that name Please fix this issue And also when I claim gems in my quests it doesnt give them to me They took atleast almost 100 gems Please fix please              One issue

Its a lot of fun and not the kind of game that makes you have to spend money on it because you get rewards for nothing all the time they are for events but i never go through and do them but also if you make it to about lvl 35 you start having to farm for items so if you dont like farming you wont go as far but i recommend it say its worth the download                 Great game

this is ridiculous the game crashes 80 percent of the time and all support ever tells me is check your connection really i doubt my connection is to blame for the game crashing at the exact same points every time a skill is used cause when you go back to easy stages its just fine since you can clear without skills     fun but crashes

Someone replaced the old story time font with a generic typeface Its cheap looking Also lost the scrolls as mail the stony signs now everything is in boxes Did the old design team got replaced with robots     What happened

Ok so I thought I liked this game even through the constant force closes that it likes to do but I realized its starting to get on my nerves now And I wanted to support this game so I went out and bought a 15 iTunes gift card but when I tried to buy the special gems pack TWICE I realized that it was still taking my money but I wasnt getting my gems I wanna talk to somebody about getting a refund     starting to get on my nerves

I was just about to start playing when all of a sudden it paused at 98 and crashed my WHOLE PHONE I had to get my phone rebooted and all of my data or anything I had done was gone Dont get this game Until its updated and better maybe Ill consider     BAD GAME

This layout makes me feel like this is a poorly designed game I would have given it a 4 star if you never updated it        This new layout is far less appealing

The game constantly crashes whilst im trying to carry out simple task such as portal and gauntlet I will rate 45 stars when these problems are fixed I wont recommend a game that doesnt work to anyone I would understand if it happened very little but it happens incredibly often It makes the game unplayable for me Please fix this as soon as possible     Constant Crashing

I played GR for 4 months The developer IGG is borderline incompetent but still making 50 million in annual revenue per their public report I sent them a message with a suggestion they replied they couldnt refund me ingame gems My message had nothing to do with a refund This goes to show you how bad they are Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this developer     Stay away

Loved playing this game hours of play fights were great my heros were built up strong with all the upgrades then overnight everything was wiped out I have not changed anything on my side so assume there was an upgrade to this app that killed everything Ive earned after hours of playing Very upset     Was a great game now bug reset everything

Why did you change the design and layout The UI is absolutely atrocious now Very disappointed        Update is terrible

First this game is full of bugs and dont ever buy gems They will disappear randomly Also some good heroes stats change drastically which later makes you waste alot of time and gems building a character that later becomes useless after some updates Second IGG customer support takes forever to respond to your issues They literally took 5 days to respond Lastly IGG will blame it on you saying that you used up all the gems which in reality you didnt Also if you reply to them Their response seem automated and become a new ticket issue and they will give you the exact same response you got the first time NOTE Do not waste your time with this game If you are having problems and want your refund contact apple customer care They will gladly refund your money without questions asked Dont even try to contact IGG because i did 3 timed and the three times i had they blamed it on me I am the only person that uses my ipad and nobody else touches my ipad I wasted alot of time with this game I am never going to play any games made by IGG ever     TOO MANY BUGS
