A very comprehensive list of glycemic loads for all kinds of food, always available in your pocket? That`s Glycemic Index & Load. With more than 1000 items, and an easy search and navigation tool in a great looking ...
good idea but database and functionality extremely limited you can better print a list on paper     very limited database
This has the potential to be a wonderful App however many of the food items brand names are from Australia If I lived there I would give it 5 stars Perhaps if this were clear in the summary I might not have purchased Perhaps a version suitable from different countries would be helpful for future upgrades When you do a US version Im happy to pay the price This time my money is wasted     Great AppIF you live in Australia
Allot of foods are missing        Not great
While this app does what it says it will do the foods are not American foods The database of foods is Australian and measurements are in grams Americans will find this difficult to reconcile to an average American diet           Works for Australians
So sad     Waste
The I button indicates that low glycemic index goes up to 55 yet the data chart shows it going up to 35 and reports GI of 55 as being high In their own data there is conflict                 Be careful
