I live in TN and put in my zip code It now gives me planting dates as if I lived in Northern Minnesota Needs a fix     New version has bugs

Complete waste of time Keeps locking up Deleted it     Waste

I was able to set up an account create a garden name and add vegetables However there is no ability to add row covers or cold frames to change planting times Kale did not have indoor sow dates yet the video mentions planting starts I guess Im only supposed to buy starts from Burpee not grow them myself Potatoes were listed as na for all planting information Onions were listed as a direct sow crop in April but that is too late for my area and requires indoor sowing by February 1st Videos are very basic Every page links back to the Burpee store Dont waste your time on this app     A Sales Portal App

I loved the idea of the calendar to help schedule when to start seeds indoors and plant outside but the list wont scroll up and down so I can only see planting dates for the first 3 plants on my list If you go to the listing of the individual plant and that plant is added to your garden it is supposed to give you the planting dates since it has your zip code Again nothing The videos and being able to read a little about the care of each type of plant is nice but I can get that on any website Hope you have better luck        Great if you could get it to work

Dreadful The list of flowers is NOT a comprehensive one How can you forget roses and peonies There is no information about height width what it might pair best with soil needs etc While the app is easy to navigate there is a disappointing lack of information        Never again

Expected so much more Can only open an account through FB It freezes Such a disappointment from the company that is synonymous with gardening     Dont Bother

For a beginning gardenerlike myself this is a useful app I named a garden and then selected the plants veggies I wanted to plant A to do list is generated with dates I can check off as I complete Easy to use                 ToDo List maker

I think this app has a lot of potential but currently does not work well It freezes on one plantvegetable causing you to close the app and try again It also jumps while viewing items Otherwise the information the app provides can be helpful        Glitches

I downloaded this App a few weeks ago and really liked it Simple and useful as I like to grow my own veggies and flowers But then it was recently updated and I noticed glitches on my iPad For example the back no longer worked when I tried to go to a previous screen Not fatal but needs to be fixed Thanks for a helpful App           Geester

I was excited when I heard about this online and despite the bad reviews didnt think it could be that bad Overall I found it not helpful I did not have any crashing problems but found the whole thing wanting When you add a plant to your garden it is very vague like carrots Coming from a seed company I had hoped that when you selected carrots that it would have a drop down menu so you could select which kind and get more detailed information like you would find on the back of that specific seed packet It doesnt have that Until then I dont find this appany more helpful than a handwritten calendar     Disappointing

It has the right information as far as frost dates but somehow cant compute that to a date to direct sow or start indoors Starting sunflowers between June 24 and July 7 is not going to work     Limited

Burpees catalog includes flowers but this app doesnt Also when adding plants to your garden you can only browse a long list Theres no search function     Disappointed not what I hoped for

There are a few good instructional videos in this app which is the only reason I am giving it 2 stars Besides that most of the information is very limited and the planting dates are way off If you followed them youd have very little success I expected much more from Burpee        Pretty Marginal

Burpee is usually first class App has many problems Do not recommend     Terrible app

App will not connect to their servers to do anything useful Says errorunknown     Worthless

It doesnt have lavender or iris why not I know they make seeds so maybe thats why they wont put up iris but lavender come on        I think it could be better

Information for the southwest low desert was incomplete inaccurate or entirely missing Very poor app and I expected much better from Burpee This is NOT the gardening app you want if you live in the AZ desert     Not accurate

Cant reset the password Says it cant connect to the Internet Also would be nice if you could scan your seed pack and it adds it to your garden with all the information you need during the growing season              Login problem

I found it kinda fun to use The plant dates are helpful If nothing else it made me a list and provided pictures Oriented to choose by type and I wish I could choose by DATE What can I plant this month since I know nothing about this The videos worked fine for me on the phone Maybe I was going off their web site              Informational Klunky

The app wont let me do anything at all I created a garden but I cant add to my garden     Wont work

Cant even add a new garden to get started in the app and the app support link only goes to the burped website which says nothing about the app at all Would like to use but until I can even get started with the thing I am rating a 1     WTH

I think this app has a lot of potential Im using an iPad air 2 and there are some navigation problems where I noticed the app freezes a lot or you have to press a button multiple times just to get to work and then I noticed scrolling problems where it freezes up but the app still is working for whatever reason I can also think of several improvements like alphabetizing the plants that I add to my garden which will help me figure out and find which ones I already have added instead of repeating the process over and over I would also like to do specific tomato types as some of them require different times I would also like to adjust the frost date and other minor tweaking but just getting the app to work would be a big plus     Does work very well at all

This app has been extremely helpful I havent had any problems with it freezing up on me The tutorials are great Now I cant wait to get to work on my garden              Love it

Cant set up an accountget an error message that I need an email address and a password with more than 5 characters when Ive included both     Cant even get in

I find this app frustrating The plant selection is very limited and does not include fruits And tips only encompass when to plant but no how to care for afterward     Not especially useful

Since we dont have a frost date this app is unable to calculate any planting dates We still have growing seasons out here even without frost Gardeners Supply Garden Minder app is much better it will set up a schedule for any location and will not only tell you when to plant but suggest when to do other chores and harvest as well Only problem is it does not have as large a selection of plants     Useless for west coast

Somewhat useful but needs additional information such as maturity PH ranges fertilizer requirements planting space for vegetables not having videos           Needs more

I live in Southern California and cant find a zip code that will pull up any data All I get are na I used a zip code from my home state of ky and it worked fine Help           Cant get info for my area

I could only get it to add one plant to the garden section The app did not do much except take me to the Burpee Store So yeah its mainly just a shopping app for Burpee seed co        Very limited app on iPad Air

App is a good idea but there is no point in putting tomato in my garden I want to know what kind and be able to track different ones Also the planting date listed for my area isnt right     Please improve

I am a first year gardener and this app has been very helpful for calculating planting dates I also love the checklist Great app                 Great app

This seemed like a great idea since I could use some gardening guidance but the first item I tried to put Im was strawberries There is no place to select berries     Where are the berries

The planner is very limited in the vegetable and herbs it shows and leaves out some common varieties such as tarragon It lacks a physical garden layout and does not offer information on companion planting which also means warnings about incompatible garden mates It does not tie to specific Burpee varieties at least in the planning stage so allowances for early bloomers determinant varieties etc is missing The information provided is based on slightly older date charts my frost date is off by week The plus is having dates for spring and fall for starting seeds and transplanting however harvest times are omitted so that key information for planning second crops is missing Without a physical layout it does not flag spots that canshould have a second fall crop Without the companion planting information it is easy to make some big mistakes such as putting late onions in space earlier used by tomatoes It also should have weekly reminders see Garden Minder which has its own faults but more flexibility I expected far more from Burpee     Leaves Much to Be Desired

Mostly just a sales tool What little help it was stopped working right after a week or so Keeps telling me to select a garden to see planting dates That is about all it does anyway Gives your frost date and a link to buy burped seeds     Burped Sales

I like the idea of the app but the planting dates were way off even if I picked zip codes where I lived before Not sure where they were getting the information The app also freezes So the app needs a major rewrite Save your time     Good idea poor execution

The basics of this app are great and will be helpful as we plant this year Id love to see more vegetables herbs added I also wish it listed the sprouting and average days like what you see in the catalogue or online              Room to grow

The App worked well at first but after adding three plants to my garden list it started to freeze up and wont let me add any more plants Also cant seem to give me my weather conditions even after allowing access to my location Any fixes in the works for this App     App Freezes
