Like the app It s one of the first I look at for local news However 1 gripe When you give a breaking news update please provide somewhere in the app these can be easily accessed I ve found times I want to refer back to the article but I am unable to locate it in the app Please address this App works great but Juwills69

Whenever I d get a notification of something happening live I d click on it to open the app with hopes of catching what s going on However the live video never gets going and I end up using some other app that doesn t make me wait forever for it to load What finally made me delete the app was the addition of the Message Center Do I really need another mailbox And for news no less I think flipping through the articles or clicking on a notification is quite sufficient thank you Sorry Fox but this is goodbye Had to delete it Agent Nix

Now it is much harder to read in particular the headlines in the top news section are in smaller font and no longer stand out from the rest of the garbage on the page Plus the sliding menu system at the top might be usable on a tablet but not anything else Plus just moving through the stories triggers advertisements that launch the we browser causing frustration and delay Change it back

I dont normally watch Fox but they had played a piece I was interested in on their newscast tonight I didnt have it recorded so I downloaded the app to see it again I tried at least 15x to watch the video with NO luck Because I was frustrated I looked on their app for a place to contact the app designer or SOMEONE with the stationbut they have provided no link to contact them on their app At least it was not easily found Im unhappy and will delete this app immediately Not pleased

In my opinion this was by far the best app of any Indy news stations despite the fact it was not accessible on the iPad The update is a HUGE disappointment It is not user friendly the news stories are very sporadic the main page scrolls different pictures but you can only see the story heading Scrolling to the bottom to read other stories you may like And listed are crimes fires etc I dont LIKE those that is a poor choice of terminology I am all for updates and change but do it in a way that is a benefit to those using the app and counting on it as a way to effectively learn about the news stories going on in the city New Update HORRIBLE
