just discovered the folders pro upgrade and its really good had a question for support and they got back to me quick thanks good upgrade
This app is convenient but garbage at the same time I have used the free version for 2 years Twice I have upgraded my iOS and afterwards the password to my protected file didnt work I emailed their support both times on deaf ears I finally found a fix on my own Their support is not there Never expect to get an email reply Ever The last straw was upgrading to the 2 version to get the thumbnails and such that the free version didnt have and it didnt even transfer my free locked folder to the pay one They expected me to reapply 300 files to it as if it were a brand new app Again I asked for email support and again I was ignored DONT BOTHER DOWNLOADING THIS APP Zero star if it were an option Youve been warned Garbage
At least the files are sorted alphabetically now instead of chronological should have the option to sort both ways Also can not use any special characters when naming a file only letters and numbers USB file sharing added but all these improvements should have been a update on the original Folders not a complete different app that you have to manual copy over all your content to Also can not disable password nag screen can not set default view thumbnail is the default instead of list which makes finding things faster No response from support doesnt answer emails Only slightly better
Ive been using Folders for over a year now and Folders Pro is even better Now I can make subfolders and import from iTunes Really awesome app Like Folders but so much better
Upgraded from the free version to the pro version A separate app is created Files in the free version are not accessible via the pro version Infuriating Why
I have tried a number of private apps all with the same shortcomings This one hits it out of the park It is inconspicuous works great has WiFi AND USB file transfers It is everything I was looking for Finally exactly what I was looking for
