Great pick up play game                 Love it

This game is fantastic and rather than being identical to the Last Rocket Flips Escape has an entirely new gameplay with original controls The artwork used in the game and the retro style are well thought out and create a true arcade feel with a very new game I definitely recommend this game to anyone on the fence of purchasing it and for only 99 this game is a steal                 A true blast

I think the earlier reviewer who compared this to Ziggurat nailed it Theres lots to like here innovative game play thats a bit deeper than it seems innovative controls great art and sound Totally worth 1 I think the developer has kind of shot himself in the foot with the difficulty curve though So the game starts with you moving slowly and the stars moving slowly around their asteroids This makes it hard to judge whether youre on a collision course with an asteroid and whether the star will be positioned correctly for a pick up when you fly by As the game speeds up I find it easier to judges trajectory and I no longer have to worry about the exact position of the stars This may be the only game Ive ever played that gets easier as you progress at least for awhile Also a specific suggestion to make this game more approachable Very frequently but not always the rocket starts out on a collision course with the first asteroid Why not start not on a collision course Youve set new players up to die immediately rather than see a core game mechanic and then probably die Its a kind of dickish introduction to an otherwise fun game              Excellent game screwy difficulty curve

For anyone who loved the styling of Shauns The Last Rocket this is a no brainier pick up Continuing where we last left our beloved Flip this side story is a simple but well built runner The variation from your standard runner like Canabalt comes from having multiple leaderboards no warps no collisions etc that provide different in game challenges and keep your attention And to top it all off Matt Grimm has made some amazing music that you can hum along to for hours                 Flip returns

I missed my stop playing this game during my commute thanks a lot Shaun Easy to learn but difficult to master with enough extra goodies to keep you coming back At ninetynine cents this is an absolute steal                 Perfect

Well all I can tell you is that I just downloaded it started the game and my 11 year old grabbed my phone and was immediately immersed in it Its fun for young and old Controls are quickly discoverable and the music brought me back to games of yesteryear Get it now the only thing you will regret is the lack of productivity you will make because you will be playing this game all the time                 8bit Fantastico

I think this game is very frustrating to control The sidetoside mechanic seems like an interesting idea but in practice it gives you very little control over where your ship does and more importantly does not go On the plus side the graphics are fun and the music is really good Im a fan of Shaun Inman The Last Rocket Horror Vacui but this onenot so much           Really cute but

This developer Shaun Inman continues to impress with this latest offering his games are always unique challenging and fun and Flips Escape is no exception I lost a pretty good deal of productivity last night to this game so ah use responsibly and all that                 I think I need a Shaun Inman folder on my iPhone

The first Flip game was a fiendish action puzzler this is more of an endurance race with plenty of replay value Another retro classic                 More fun the second time around
