I can log in just fine but after that this app is useless Itll show me I have items requested and then when I click to find out the names of those items it says 0 items requested its done this I dont know how many times The search feature is horrible no way to fitler or narrow down search terms The good thing I HAVE been able to renew checked out items This app is a great idea but needs a LOT of work Great idea Bad execution

When trying to launch the app I get an error message It says registration failed Unable to reach registration server It may be a good app but theres no way to know You havent fixed your major problem I am using iPhone 4S Failure to Register Error won launch

This is a good idea with much potential and I have 2 suggestions 1 Allow users to log in to multiple libraries it wouldnt allow Richmond City after I had logged into then out of Henrico County 2 PLEASE SAVE LIBRARY CARD NUMBERS It is too much hassle to meticulously write out the whole string of digits each time or to copy and paste from my email If you leave the PIN field blank but allow the app to save card numbers it will still be secure Ok and could be far better

I can find books easily enough for both the Norfolk Virginia Beach libraries but placing holds doesnt work with either library Ive entered User ID PIN but the request times out or something I end up going through a regular browser to reserve the same books Bug in placing holds But easy to use otherwise
