I want to play this game but it crashes every time I try to save     Impossible to play due to crashing

I love it very much I like the concept it proposed hoped the 2D last longer It brings nostalgia and it felt like it is supposed to be a handheld game 3DS ported to iOS ILOVEIT                 Almost the Best RPG in iOS in a very long time

Yes the controls are finicky but honestly the experience was very worth putting up with slightly wonky controls I primarily attribute that to the fact that touch controls will never be superior to buttons in most kinds of video games I spent probably about a dozen hours on this game before finishing it And I loved nearly every second Those few annoying moments did prevent me from being completely blown away the Noria Mines and Final Boss were the only parts I found unnecessarily frustrating but I was very VERY impressed This game is more an artistic and highly imaginative tribute to the history of RPG gaming I loved that the aesthetics morphed constantly as did the gameplay style The art in this game is gorgeous and the concept incredibly creative I felt continuously delighted by its humour classic game references and hidden secrets The only thing I would like to be added is a list somewhere of what achievements can be earned I finished with all stars cards Double Twin beaten secret merchant visited and the credits said I had 987 completion Id love to find whatever trophys I am missing But overall I absolutely LOVED the experience Highly recommended to any diehard old school RPG fan                 Short but VERY sweet

Great game to play but I keep experiencing glitches Three spots on my first play of the game my character disappeared I could still move but you couldnt see my character It also gets very laggy at some points              Glitches

What can I say Refreshing From the nostalgia of 8 bit gaming right into todays graphics intense gameplay This game keeps your eyes glued to the screen to see what wonders lie in the next chest Hard to put down and even harder to walk away from Thank you for this treasure of an app                 Now Thats Entertainment

Brilliant concept exceptional execution My only complaint is lack of Game Center integration As far as I can tell there is not even a option in game to view achievements You get the notification at the bottom of the screen when you earn it but thats it                 Excellent

I like the idea and the progression is well made however the controls are ABYSMAL Please fix them and Ill rate higher        Nice idea terrible controls

I guess it takes an intelligent person to appreciate a good game nowadays Controls are just fine if youre smart gameplay is unique and exciting and Evoland is everything Id expect from a 2 on sale game Ignore all reviews given by complainers who think that they should get a free PS4 and 60 hours of magical gameplay to make their iPhone 3 feel modern Not gonna happen However for the sequel it would be a good idea to make musical loops a little longer and to export them as WAVs converting to ogg vorbis if you need to save space MP3s have a slightand very annoying to us composersstutter that makes loops pause before restarting Do that and get some script proofreaders and Evoland II will be golden              Great link to nostalgia

This game is absolutely fantastic Right from the star youre already evolving the game But there is just one small problem There is a room the room after all of the pathways with fireballs shooting at you that doesnt let me leave Even after Ive killed all the enemies and opened the chest the gates still wont open Other than that this game is amazing                 Awesome But one thing

I like it so far but right now Im in the 3D dungeon cave and the control stick keeps jamming and wont let me move for a few seconds and I got killed buy the monsters because of that           One problem

It evolves to fast in the beginning and really loses things to evolve about half way through and starts focusing on storyline way to much But it is still fun It just goes away from what is expected           To fast in beginning

I loved this game it was full of games as I played as a child like diablo how they had the swarms of monsters with lots of loot then to Zelda and the game was amazing but very short I think the game can most definitely turn into a bigger game with even more story to it the adventure was classic and would be well worth a second game or update                 A lot of classics and my childhood

DO NOT GO BACK TO EDEL VALE if you do you can never get your airship back and the game is basically over This bug is all over the forums including the PC version and the dev has done nothing to fix it Dont waste your money just watch the play through on YouTube     HORRIBLE BUGS

I like the idea of evolving from something like black and white i think its called monochrome and then colors 3d and morewhile it has what normal games have like hidden stars Even though its short its very fun and creative If they added a second one i would get more space on my ipad mini and buy it                 Awesome and creative

Game itself is really well designed and styled Just when you might get bored with one variation a new one comes up Only real issue was the length of the game given the price Its not a total ripoff by any means but still slightly short                 Great game but a little short

This game It seems pretty promising at the start Game evolution as you go along Cool Unfortunately once I reached the village the game fell flat I began to backtrack on a couple different tries of having the game on getting less and less interested The latest time that I turned it on I continued the earlier backtracking and came upon a save point I stepped on itand Error 2130 with a near completely black screen greeted me I proceeded to reload an earlier save and tried it again Same issue I cant say that I expected this The game seemed pretty decent based on gameplay Id seen But a 499 game SHOULD NOT CRASH And while I hope that this is just a few time thing based on other reviews its not going away for a while I want to say Im disappointed but I lost interest        2130Death of my interest

Enjoying the game but when I get to some save points it crashes then keeps crashing at that point I cant move forward to another save point Ill just lose more data              Fun but game crashes

So I was playing the game and enjoying it and I reached the save point and it saved Not shortly after I saved I ran into a monster and died So I pressed continue and I ran into the save point and it went black with some text in the top left corner Ive deleted and reinstalled it and it didnt work This is a great game but I cannot play it and I know my 4th generation iPad can handle the game Please fix     Wont save anymore

So the game started off with a LOT of promise a game that developed through the ages as you progressed Amazing idea Where it fails however is in execution 1 The game goes backwards at certain points as you travel back and forth through generations If the point of the game is to go forward through developmental history going backwards for any reason was a design stumble full stop 2 Much more egregiously FFVII and Link to the Past are the farthest forward you can travel I was looking forward to tons of more modernizations but the furthest we ever get is ps1 polygons and Link to the Past boss fights With the clever exception of the Diablo area this was completely disappointing Play a game that came out in the last 15 years dev team           Missing the point

I think that it is one of the best RPG games Ive played and I love the fact that it make fun of other gaming styles like the items in the cave where you fight the undead king One issue I have with it though is that every time I go into Aogai Village the app crashes on me Its very annoying and I dont think that the customers would pay all that money for a game that crashes Could you please fix this problem              Great Game

It could be worth it in the future The gameplay was unlike any other on the appstore Ill give them that They combined a openmap rpg with multiple different eras of gameplay which was different The only reason why I dont believe its worth the money right now is because the gameplay is to short I finished it in one day It would be great if the makers could extend the game much more until then I can only give it 4 stars and say its not worth the buy              Is it worth paying what they ask for

This game was awesome for the short time it lasted At first I was just playing because it seemed like a new concept No story or goal to start with just sword fighting Then suddenly I was attached and didnt realize it Overall it was really well done I just wish it lasted longer                 It left me wanting more

I honestly dont know why people are giving this any sort of a bad review the controls are pretty much as good as any touch device game And the evolving graphics is so fun and cool to see Anyway in my humble opinion this game is AWESOME                 SO GREAT

I love this trip through the evolution of gaming This game is a wonderful amalgam of RPGs A little bit of Zelda Final Fantasy Mario Pokemoneven a little hamemameha Thank you this is a wonderful trip One request it would be great to be able to rotate the screen My left hand is limited when I wear headphones                 What a great historic view of the games Ive always loved

This was a terrific very well done novel game experience My only downside was that I thought the game was a little short Additionally I really would have like GameCenter achievements for all those ingame unlocks I got It would have made it feel more rewarding That being said Im excited for an Evoland 2 and I will definitely purchase it if it arrives on mobile Fingers crossed              Waiting for Evoland 2 now

Then I reached the first dungeon Im no noob Ive completed multiple Zeldas Marios etc The two fire wizards throw you off the light up switches so you cant complete it Ive deleted the game and dropped from 5 stars to 1                 I thought it was amazing

Who thought it would be a good idea to make a fireball shooter that takes 14 of your health that is unavoidable and make it so you cant get hit once or you will die on the boss unless its the first time on the boss     Dont buy this game

Not sure it was carried through all the way though I had a good time but it was only because Ive played some of the games they were inspired by Besides nostalgia this games doesnt have much to offer It doesnt do anything new but then again it never promised to              Cool Concept

I love this game passed it under 24 hours great story although it crashes sometimes its a great game                 Amazing Game
