The Edhita: Open source text editor for iPad is now available as a free download on Apple Store for iPad owners. The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.0 has been released on 2014-11-26. The keyboard is ideal for simple html js css editing which can then be quickly evaluated in the browser view The add display is small but I would happily pay 0 99 to get rid of it and to thank the app author for his effort                 Impressive very well done Chris In Helena, MT

I have seen some other HTML editors but this one is far the best There is one thing to add an edit button on the top left and a settings gear button on the bottom right Just a suggestion P Also when downloading files being able to open the zip HTML etc in the app Other wise I will rate 5 stars                 Amazing Fun too!

This is great It takes up practically no storage space on my iPad and gives me free access to my FTP site I previously used a lite version of another app but it wouldn t open php files one of the benefits of the full version so advanced programming wasn t practical I could edit it as a html file and rename as a php but that is far from ideal The only thing I ask is for an in app purchase to remove ads Everything else is great                 No Ad Purchase 16skittles

If you like to edit code like JavaScript and do some HTML then this app is great for you You can edit the code and view it in less than a second The FTP is a little basic but it does the job and I have not had any issues with it I love not having to open up my laptop to do some web page design Love it                     Great editor Thechrischilds

Great little basic FTP application for free One of the only working free FTP applications I could find The only two items that would be great for me would be Find and Replace and my biggest would be able to add store multple FTP sites                 Great and simple FTP code editing application LowellJr

I tried to do some editing and I noticed the very convenient code specific key row at the top When I pressed the or for that matter any of the keys on that row it performs in an unexpected manor The key to making this app one of the top well crafted apps is user experience Cause so far you ve managed to make something very interesting here I saw your other text editor and you really improved over the last one Keep working on it I ll give it a four after you make that fix and a few others             Has excellent potential Bravendary

This app has everything I thought was missing from Javascript Anywhere The ability to use multiple scripts is perfect The only thing I can t figure out is why it highlights certain characters whenever I use the symbol shortcut bar at the top of the keyboard When I close a tag in HTML if there s anything below the tag I closed the open bracket for the next tag will become highlighted That means if I keep typing it will over write the opening bracket It s not a big deal I just wish the shortcut bar worked differently The fact that this is free makes it worth 5 stars Thank you for making this                     This is amazing Javascripter

A search and replace option would be pretty neat Only problem I had was when changing a document title it simply creates a new document Really cool app tho Works amazingly well Browser view is extremely helpful Edit slight issue w browser Doesnt space on the right side Also erases                     Great app Sukka3

I was excited to try this app because all I needed was a simple HTML editor but every file I downloaded would come up blank in the editor screen I found on their support site that others have been having the same problem and they say it s because it can t handle long files The files I ve been trying to edit are not that long really So that pretty much makes this app worthless for me     Doesn t work with long files RLEash

The app would be perfect but I can t find the option to upload an edited file No use if I can t get the file back to the server Nice option to view the doc in browser If someone knows please leave comment explaining UPDATE My iPad was locked on portrait view there are two panes all the time the left which wasn t showing up in portrait view had the put button next to the get button So if you use this app in landscape it IS perfect It would be nice to have the app resize for portrait                     Can t upload Explained KPinVA
