This app is really good because you can study virtually anywhere without carrying a box of flashcards The only downside is that you can only download the full content on the device you purchase it from I have it on my phone but wish I could have it on my iPad as well without paying for it again Great on the go study aid
I used this as an additional study tool often playing the audio reviews while driving using my iPhone I used the quizzes and flash cards I completed real estate training course 8day course 9th day exam using the dearbook book and supplemented my learning with this app I passed the realty training sponsored exam and went on to take the state exam on the 10th day and passed Excellent study tool
Absolutely loved this Listened to it in the car on my 2 hour drives to class Passed on the first try and I am positive it was because of the help of this app Highly recommend it PERFECT APP

Flashcards are awful Unit One seemed OK but Unit 2 contained several terms from future units such as Uniform Commercial Code TieIn Agreement Alloidal System and Revocation Needs Work
It compliments the book and the workbook so nicely and I highly recommend it to anyone who is taking or will be taking the course Love the app

I looked at buying the physical flashcards the box was huge this gives you all the flexibility of the flashcards but electronically also prepares you with a summarization of each chapter as well as questions and answers Good Study Tool

It only works with iPads and even then the program is very glitchy I can barely review the flash cards without it messing up on my iPad I have the newest version of the iPodiPhone 5 and I cant even listen to the lesson Smh Only works on iPads not iPods or iPhones
