I used to journal online but it became too much of a hassle A diary is just what I was looking for I have nothing bad to say about this app and that is for this reason I am confident that the developer will provide updates as they come across things that just dont work as they intended or in response to a review I would love to see more fonts offered but that is not crucial I really would like to be able to add photos or links There are often things that you would like to document and adding these would help greatly I give this app 4 stars and an woo hoogreat job Just what I wanted

Once you write an entry and click new entry youre not able to change the date for the new entry So its only good if you write in it everyday Otherwise if you want to write an entry from a past date you can only do it once Then you need to close the diary reopen it and then choose a past date Cant change date once an entry is written

It is very easy to erase an entry if you hit an older entry while putting the new entry in you lose everything you just wrote and he older entry is now the new entry Allso if you write more than a page and dont hit save you lose the page It would be great if it asked you if you wanted to delete the entry or something to give you a chance to UNDO whatever you just did the dear diary app suggestion

Its basic and straightforward using the book metaphor reminiscent of iBooks It would be nice to not have to enter a title for each entry perhaps even using the date as a default It is nice to have multiple entries on one day which might be of interest to those who prefer it The splash screen when rotated to landscape is not very appealing as it just expands the portrait image to fill the screen that appears amateurish It also obscures the Unlock button rather than adjusting for the appearance of the keyboard While I am ambivalent about exporting entries for email it is a diary after all some might consider that a feature to have A Decent Start
