60 high quality photos and drawings, 10 maps, 10 first-hand accounts and a six minute movie summary bring to life the most important battle in American History. The program includes a reading of the Gettysburg ...
Helped me get primary sources for my project Very useful Great for projects Odndiz
Wonderful the narration of the battle is first class Paul M Oinjjko
A substantial amount of content ambitiously produced The audio with accompanying visuals sometimes animated is nice although I doubt that that Lincoln delivered the G burg address in such a dispassionate manner Lots of photos of dead guys I read somewhere that in at least some cases they weren t really dead but that photographer Gardner thought they looked authentic enough Photos are high quality and look great on the iPad screen Fairly cool dr_punditington
The narrative accounts of the battle are very detailed and therefore very long The text size appears to be a ridiculous 8 or 9 points in size So unless you have a super sharp 20 10 vision or the eyesight of an eagle you are continually straining to see the words Yes you can expand the wording but then it requires you to do left to right scrolling to see the entire sentence which is perhaps even worse than straining your eye balls to see the text This is a simple and glaring deficiency that suggests you really didn t do adequate User testing One obvious suggestion would be to hide the rather wide left sided menu thereby expanding the viewing area for reading text The menu should also be hidden for reviewing battle maps which are also rather small The photos however are easy to view and the audio playback of narratives is acceptable The Abundant TEXT is Far and Away TOO SMALL to READ 1reflectsathome
