I used to love this series First of all I hate wintry settings but I knew that this was one of them going in but got it bc it was Amaranthine These winter themes are just shades of white and light blue it seems lazy of the developers I had no problems with the the flow of the game although the story wasn t really explained well My biggest problem is with the mini games You can tell they took out most of them like when you put a missing piece in and the lines don t line up and you re ready to solve it but then it does it on its own This was all over the game And the puzzles they did leave in were so pitifully easy that I wonder what age they actually make them for So you are left with pick up this piece fit it in here get an amulet go back and put it over there repeat ad nauseum Soooo boring I play these games for fun but not to put me in a coma I want a challenge I want to have to think I want a mini game to take a bit of time         What has happened to Amaranthine Ajax713

This game has terrible graphics to begin with You cannot tell what is just a crack in the picture or an area you should explore There doesn t seem to be any rhyme or reason as to where to go next in the story and the storyline itself is bad I d like my money back on this one It s really bad     Terrible Moonraker1122

First I want to commend the developers on a job well done The graphics are great the story is long and for that they deserve much kudo s But there are several artifacts that were silly in placement and at times the task was near to impossible to figure out Example the bomb powder in a little bag to be spread across an entire wall I used a cheat because the size of the bag did not in any way direct me to an entire wall And other artifacts were I don t know weird and disingenuis in their placement I would have liked to have more hidden object puzzles and less finding this placing it here to get this to place it there got redundant But i do like the game and am glad to go finish it now Good job             Long and Entertaining Pixle Lily

Side note first thank you to casual mode and many other who spoke up about the issues with a certain reviewer I m afraid they just don t get it and I dare say they are probably incapable of seeing the annoying and hostile environment they have created I would encourage the Dream team elite leader to please read ALL the comments from reviewers of the game Iron mask I am all for friendly banter that s a good thing but let me make it very clear that ALL of us our equally important when it comes to getting change like free trials returning No one person is more valued everyone s participation is of equal value Now to this game I have loved this series and this one is no exception The mini games are good and understandable as is the story I ve only played the free trial but I am off to purchase the full version it s a buy for me Happy gaming             Pixiepuppy1

I had high hopes but the game just falls short in so many ways Story minigames I know it s not a great game when I feel like Geez I paid for this so might as well finish it But even having paid I can t go on Gotta push delete I m quickly tiring of BF since so many recent last year or two games are a disappointment     Just not up to par Feline Muse

If the best thing I can say about this game is the lack of rats you know I didn t like it very much I wish I had read Catalina s review and taken the advice of the wonderful Izzyoc Normally my reviews reflect KimTwilight s feelings to a tee but I must be missing something You could customize settings There was a decent teleport map and loading was instantaneous between locations Inventory was labeled and interactive and there were complex items to assemble At each location you collect planet icons The HO scenes had variation or you could choose to play a bubble shooting game There were a lot of puzzles games but I didn t enjoy many of them This game was short even with the bonus adventure The graphics were muddy and somewhat pixilated and the color palette seemed monotonous Because EIPIX doesn t provide a journal I really didn t understand the story even with objectives being regularly updated Application of inventory objects was extremely bizarre at times and also glitchy so I found myself second guessing my intuition a few times I found myself bored with the game EIPIX you really need to improve the quality of your graphics and give us journals and fix your ever declining levels of quality assurance I used to enjoy your games but have been quite disappointed by the last couple that you have given us Lynxie sends to the amazing DTE Hopefully Thursday will bring us something wonderful Note to Pixie Puppy who exactly am I bullying I am just reviewing games Everyone is afraid of something and I play the games with rodents so I work through my fears         Amaranthine Voyage Winter Neverending by LynxMinx lynx minx

I respect the creativity and artistry of the people who concepted and made this but if you aren t a gear head be prepared to be underwhelmed Most of the objects you get and interact with are pieces of machinery or emblems to open locks and I just found that pretty boring It s hard to remember where this little gear is supposed to go or figure out which tool turns which cog or try to read a fuzzy recipe that doesn t really explain that it s a triple step process and you have to collect it then take it out of the menu and add the last part The art is good but again just a lot of gray rusted metal For me the setting was a snooze fest I play these games to relax and escape so the simpler the better for me This game isn t intuitive enough in that I was hitting the hint button a lot And the puzzles were definitely made for people who like them more than HOPs as they are challenging time consuming and don t offer alternatives like match three or easing the difficulty level It s take the half hour or skip it Overall I d say this game is made for people who are more into challenging console games rather than simple HOP games Some people will be into it but not the typical HOP player imho And not me             Not My Style Swansonm

Storyline is too off the wall and difficult to follow in my opinion Graphics and special effects are nice Would have liked more character voice interaction A journal would have been very helpful even though a teleporting map is provided I personally don t like to have to rely on a map or hint because of feeling so lost in a game Morphing collectibles to find No rodents so far Feels like the developer put everything into the graphics special effects and left out any logical navigating in the story Nothing special about the hidden object scenes and be prepared for lots of puzzles Good Luck if you decide to purchase I hope someone out there finds it somewhat enjoyable but it is not me I will be looking forward to a different game KdBoots         Not Impressed catalina5

This plot reminds me of a Dystopian like science fiction as you join in the rebellion against a repressive system that forces its citizens if chosen to partake in a ritual of which they will never return from Logan s Run anyone It s a bitterly cold day where I live so this game is released at an appropriate time The scenery is embellished with intriguing futuristic novelties which are delineated as follows the ubiquitous peculiar structural foundations such as circular devices that orbit around high rise pillars the free floating islands consisting of rock formed stepping stones many intricate and oddball contraptions such as spinning fan blades that harvest the wind currents for energy and the befuddling appearance of Terius Tar in the form of a non tangible vision as he announces the anticipation of the ritual The quality of the graphics are typical of Eipix a blotchy mess that lacks refinement in the sharpness and clarity of details On the contrary the colors are aesthetically pleasing They are bright and airy to complement the cold snowy weather and they exude a more pacifying ambiance in lieu of the prevailing horror themed climate as demonstrated in other series You can customize your settings options generously cover most preferences The inventory is labeled and interactive items require assembly In custom mode the teleport map enables fluid travel to labeled locations and indicates available actions Non map transition between scenes is seamless no lagging The HOSs are cleverly executed and they incorporate puzzle like elements They consist of a medley of various formats and some are multi layered which is a customary trait of this developer Furthermore they can be story driven since you will obtain articles of information which convey parts of the backstory The puzzles are stimulating and inventive in presentation and concept and their uniqueness further demonstrates the eccentric depiction of the story Some puzzles can be slightly challenging to solve one type is to rotate mirrors to direct paths of light between pairs of rune stones of similar color Your collectibles blend well into the environment look for some in the HOSs as well I am loving the storyline with its fairly original and refreshing change of pace You will be consistently busy since there is a multitude of tasks to effectuate within each scene I am ecstatic that there are absolutely no glitches to report something that I haven t stated in weeks With the aforementioned observations in mind coupled with an ample amount of diversity and creativity I strongly recommend that you play this game It s the best in a while a rare 5 stars from me                     If Winter is This Good I Hope it Never Ends KimTwilight69
