This app does just what it says it s basically a thoughtful database that tracks and helps you organize your meetings The ability to pull meetings from your calendar is especially useful I ll be incorporating this into my workflow As a side note the developer is both helpful and responsive that is very encouraging                     Still simple now with tags NASA Steve

This is really rough and not ready for real world usage in my opinion Good concept but interface needs a lot of work The importing from calendards is not intuitive and once you import a meeting inputting data is not clear either I would stop with the blue background and white text I often can t see what I typed You are onto a good idea here just make it simpler and easier         Good idea not ready for prime time wittsend bhairavi

This app is a nice idea The design is simple but fairly functional The problem is a lack of polish The app feels unfinished in many ways For example you expect that typing P will print a nicely formated agenda that you could take to your meeting Instead it prints a page that only shows the currently highlighted field in the middle of an otherwise blank piece of paper Also if you re writing in the Prep Notes field and hit Return instead of giving you a a new line it moves you to the next text field If you want a new line you have to hit Return There s no way to archive your agenda after you are finished These are just some examples of the kind of thoughtful touches that are missing from this app This could be a nice useful app given some more thought and effort by the developer In the mean time I m going back to a bulleted list in TextEdit         In Need Of Serious Polish cmcintyre3600

I use the app to make sure I can either capture meeting notes during the meeting in a structured way and email notes to all and or prepare for meeting and list all the points I would like to mention pre meeting notes without being limited by my email calendar app and forget to save as draft I hope some form of calendar integration is available in a future release but this is really useful as is App is clever and elegant                     Great app Works very well BrowseFast
