You should get this appall you do is pick a videoadjust the speed rateand upload to whereverits super easyyou cant here the video after you adjust the speed but it still works after you upload itnote this is how it works for me I like this app

This app is awesome for simply slowing down and speeding up film It saves the edited footage to your camera roll is is another plus It can even slow down and speed up long pieces of film which helps tremendously in certain situations Pure and Simple
