2STP — 2-Step Authenticator

Tried several 2 factor apps in the store and this one is by far my favorite Very simple and to the point Nice having codes in my watch too so I dont have to reach for my phone                 Favorite 2 factor app

Update for 300 Native Apple Watch App and complication for quick access are a dream come true Exportdisplay QR codes is an awesome addition as well Only nitpick is that on my watch QR codes load quickly but remain out of date with 0s timer for an annoying amount of time It may be the number of 2FA codes I have 24 but it still really breaks the flow Also scrolling gets real funky on the watch when codes refresh Regardless this stands as the only 2FA app worth your time Original review I replaced DuoMobile for MFA with 2STP simply due to how flaky Watch support was on Duo But shortly into evaluating 2STP and a number of other MFA apps I was most impressed with this app The safari extension and Touch ID support are above and beyond the field Another nice touch is the ability to export settings as an encrypted backup My only gripe here is that it is only usable to reload 2STP I liked the competitor LockDowns export format which could be quickly restored in any MFA app but was not impressed that it was a completely unsecured PDF                 Everything I was looking for

This is by far the best 2 step verification app on the App Store I dont usually write reviews but I felt the need to express how good of an app this is                

The app is very nice especially like how you can lock the app Works as advertised                 So far so good

Ill confess that the only reason I tried this app was because of Googles didnt support the Apple Watch That said it has become my favorite both because of the Apple Watch support and the Share Menu support They also seem to be on an aggressive release schedule because the app has been updated a few times since I purchase it and it has had performance increases each time Love these guys                 Unexpected gem

I could not imagine a more wellexecuted 2FA application Watch Safari Today widgetand all easy to use no ridiculous custom UI Amazing Nothing else comes close                 Perfect

Ive been using this app for a couple of months now and LOVE it It just works Migrating to a new phone worked without any issues I exported a password protected backup file to iCloud on my old iPhone and imported it into my new phone without an issue The only thing that would make this app perfect for me is if it had a way to create groups of codes I have a lot of codes in the app some are for work and some are personal I wish I could create folders to group related codes together instead of having one giant list                 The best 2FA app

This program is super easy polished works great with the watch and flies under the radar Definitely the best of the onetime apps by far Ive formally evaluated them all Much better than google and the paid ones Sure its a very simple task but this app does it elegantly Huge kudos to the developers this is a really welldone application                 Fantastic best of breed
