Save My Place

Im not overly impressed with this app Great concept but Needs work        Wish it was better

This is a great app but it would be nice if to be able to add a comment to the saved location so I can remember why I saved it like great Margaritas or ask for Tony Also would be nice to be able to categorize the locations such as restaurants clothing stores hotels etc           Great but

This app is not useful for iPod touch I can not search for a location save it If I dont have wifi this app is useless     Not useful

Save your money and look elsewhere This is not a reliable app You get what you pay for     Saved Places Disappear

Save my place is a very useful app I think it should become a very famous app                 Save my place

For nyc Totally agree Needs comment space and a return for entering address with suite etc Not sure why all addresses dont Accept Actually replaces entered data           Almost there

I got this app to help my video crew and I in identifying and marking specific spots at video locations where we will actually shoot This app will be used to coordinate the information between everybody I found that there was an error on a series of adjacent streets however please take note that this is an error from Google Earth not from Save My Place I hope I can find out how to get Google Earth to correct it Anyway Congratulations Great App Check it out everyone                 Check it Out

The app has a very good concept and runs very smoothly It does what it says very well The suggestion would be a more straightforward UI design It took a little while to figure out how to use each functionality              Save my place

Since Apple ruined their map app the new Google Maps became the de facto standard But Google Maps on iOS has for me and others a fatal flaw when you pin a location and save it Google saves only the street address This makes the app useless in rural locations hiking or even for marking locations inside large city parks When you revisit the pinned location it will be at the nearest street address which may be miles from the original pin location SaveMyPlace saves locations using GPS coordinates overcoming this limitation The program uses embedded Google software for display and search retaining all the advantages of Googles awesome database One suggestion is that the default pin icon be made about 5 times smaller The use of gigantic icons of cars churches restaurants etc is not useful to me and makes precise navigation difficult especially when walking I would prefer to see the standard pin icon used by virtually every other map app           Fills a gap

Ive tried and discarded lots of location apps This one permits saving many locations and guides you back to them Hiking biking favorite spots or where you parked your car this is a highly functional app To save a new location you need to go to the Maps View Important to me is that it is quick and easy to use                 Finally Just What Ive Wanted Great
